Amazing place, not even that far from downtown considering the price, would absolutely recommend!

That was my 4th airbnb in Vienna, first that is managed by a private host, not a business. Clean house in a good, clean area, close to metro U4. The flat gets a lot of natural light. There were a aspects less to my liking, but that is rather up to personal taste (eg would prefer way less “things” in the flat and more space for my own ones. The studio has a good atmosphere and at night / most of the time during the day is very quiet. I accidently tore the curtain at a small place, when closed the balcony door. Thomas was cool about it. Apologies again. The place is recommended and thanks Thomas!

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

Sehr gemütliches, großes und blitzsauberes Apartment. Wirkt sehr neu und toll in Schuss. Wir haben auch den Garten/die Wiese vorm Haus und den den Kräutergarten sehr genossen 💚 Horst ist außerdem superfreundlich und hilfsbereit!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der tollen Wohnung von Tina, alles war perfekt. Tina ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig, ist gut zu erreichen und ist etwas ganz besonderes. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können Tina als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen, vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Wien und in der Wohnung! Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Da wir eine Woche in Wien waren, konnte man gut auch mal entspannt Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Anbindung mit der U-Bahn war sehr gut. Es gab zwei sehr leckere Bäcker in der Nähe und zwei Supermärkte. Die Kommunikation war top und es gab einige Tip’s zum Unternehmen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, falls es mal wieder nach Wien geht 😃

Wir waren zwei Pärchen und haben den Aufenthalt bei Michi sehr genossen. Unkompliziert & lieb 😊 Die Dachwohnung ist urig und gemütlich mit einer kleinen Küche, die alles hat, was es braucht ☕️😊 Selbst den grossen Garten hätten wir mit nutzen dürfen. Wir danken Michi und seiner bezaubernden Hündin Ani sehr und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Besuch in Purkersdorf.

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Erster gemeinsamer Urlaub als junge Familie. Super Unterkunft und Umgebung um abzuschalten aber auch Ausflüge zu planen.

Gerne wieder! Mit 7 Personen haben wir die maximale Belegung ausgetestet und waren zufrieden. Dass es nur ein Bad mit Klo gibt, war von Anfang an klar. Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft und für die raschen Antworten.

Wir waren zu zwölft 2 Nächte im Haus. Etwas besonders angenehmes ist, dass es im Ess- und Wohnbereich genug Platz für uns alle gab, sodass wir gemütlich zusammen essen und sitzen konnten. (:

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Ein super idyllisches Landhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Waldviertler Natur. Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumiger, als es von außen wirkt. 100 % Empfehlung.

Elképesztően tágas, loft hangulatú szállás. A konyha és a fürdő tökéletesen felszerelt, tiszta. A kilátás egyedülálló. Az elhelyezkedés különleges hangulatot ad. Clemens rendkívül segítőkész, és a látszólag bonyolult bejutás egyszerű volt az ő részletes instrukciói alapján. A ping-pong asztal külön jó szórakozás volt. Ajánlom családoknak tinédzser gyerekekkel.

we had a wonderful stay at Rüdiger's place. the house is beautiful, sunny, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was great. the kitchen was well equipped for all meals that some of the things we bought were unnecessary; even had 2 coffee machines! the forest in the area is great for both long and short walks. it is a really peaceful area for a quiet getaway from the city. Rüdiger himself was super nice and helpful, and always answered questions patiently. He obviously takes care of the place well and it really felt like it. I would really recommend the place!

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung. Super Ausstattung und absolut sauber. Edith und Claus sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Sogar der Osterhase hat vorbeigeschaut.

My experience at Edit and Dieters beautiful apartment was a total delight from start to finish. It is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet, but well connected, suburb of Vienna. Think classy, slightly faded opulence which draws you in and immediately feels like home. The interior decoration was beautifully simple and yet we wanted for nothing. Edit and Dieter were very responsive but allowed us to enjoy our stay without over involved patrons. They are fountains of information if you ask but won't dominate you. I would love to come back one day when the carpet of Spring flowers are fully opened and the trees in full leaf. Look out for the pair of little black squirrels which play in the pine trees, they are gorgeous. I really hope the stars align for a revisit in the not too distant future.

Zur Wohnung, zur Umgebung, zu den Möglichkeiten gibt es nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Was das Inserat verspricht, was frühere Gäste berichten, stimmt. Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Johanna und Karl zu Gast und haben eine gute Zeit in Neulengbach verbracht. Was wir aber besonders genossen haben, war die grossartige Gastfreundschaft, die netten und interessanten Gespräche und zugleich die Möglichkeit, absolut privat und ruhig wohnen zu können. Wir empfehlen dieses Airbnb gerne weiter!

Appartamento accogliente e caldo non lontano da Vienna, riparato ed in mezzo al verde. Per andare a Vienna si puo' prendere il treno (fermata a 5 minuti a piedi) oppure l'auto fino al parcheggio di Hutteldorf (4,40 euro al giorno, a circa 15 minuti di strada, noi abbiamo optato x questa soluzione, più economica del treno). Nel cortile ci sono 2 cani bellissimi e giocherelloni ed i miei figli se ne sono innamorati! Sarah e Hector sono host cordiali e precisi, attenti e veloci nelle risposte. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel zu 5 in Stephan seiner Wohnung mit kleinem Hund und Baby. Litschau ist ein schönes Kleines Dorf. Neben dem schönen Rundgang um den See kann man viele Ausflugsziele in Tschechien und Österreich perfekt erreichen. Stephan hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr viele schöne tipps für Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. 😊
