Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront 1 bedroom daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Juniper Ridge off Hwy 1

Welcome to our suite, designed for our guests to feel comfortable in their home away from home. It has a fully stocked kitchen and perfect for families/groups up to 4, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed. Full sized washer and dryer, check! Pack-n-play, check! Books and games, yes of course! You’ll have your own locked entrance but we are nearby so if you are missing any basics, we are happy to help! Only minutes off the highway in a quiet, new neighborhood!

Saddle in at the family friendly community of Bachelor Heights. We offer an open concept 1 bedroom basement suite in a modern build with 9' ceilings, SS appliances, in suite laundry, large bedroom with king sized bed, pull out couch that sleeps 1 or 2 and an office space. Our home is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood that is a 20 min walk to Royal Inland hospital, 4 min walk to the city bus stop, and a 6 min drive to downtown for groceries or shopping. If you are needing a place to stay for a tournament, wedding , an early apt at the hospital or just a place to rest our home may be right for you. Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
