This beautiful apartment is located seconds from the a pebble beach which is directly accessed by a private staircase. The small terrace in front of the apartement is perfect for relaxing breakfasts with the sound of waves hitting the shore and dinners with stunning views of the sun setting behind the surrounding islands. Villa is located in a beautiful part of Split, next to a small town Stobreč, 500 meters from the sandy beach. Villa offers accommodation for 10 persons.Two luxurious, modern and fully furnished apartments are located on the ground floor and on the 2nd floor of the house. We live on the first floor, take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and the pool. Villa is only 5 kilometers away from the old center of Split and Diocletian's palace!

Enjoy visiting Split in little sweet apartment who is situated in new building. Close to apartment there is bus station and the bus will drive you directly to center for 15 minutes. Big shopping center is also very close, just 7 minutes walking and in area of 50m of the apartment you can find bakery, markets, caffe bar and pharmacy. Important note! If you come by car, you will find a public parking lot near the apartment

The modernly furnished apartment has a room with a separate air conditioning, TV and modern lighting. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic plate, microwave and all the equipment. The living room has sofas for a third person and its tv and air conditioning. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, ancient Salon and Split. Guests can use our swimming pool and barbecue in the garden.

A small studio apartment for 2+1 people in a family house with a separate entrance and garage. The pool and sun terrace are common spaces for all guests and family members. The beach, bakery, two supermarkets and 3 bars are 200 m below and also a bus station. In cafe bars, you can eat hamburgers and pizza while on the promenade by the sea, there are two restaurants in the direction towards Split or Omis.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
