Rule: (1). The Lessee agrees to place 3,000 Baht as a deposit on arrival by cash or through BNB. (2). The Water fee and internet service are included. (3). The Lessee agrees to be responsible for the payments for electricity of 5 Baht per unit, will record the started units on arrival, will be paid on departure. (4). The Lessor will return the deposit when the Lessee vacates the house, and when all property is in good condition. (The electric cost will be deducted from the deposit).
