It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Mit dem Autobus 58B kommt man in 14 Minuten direkt zum Schloss Schönbrunn, Eingang Hietzinger Tor, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten und Tiergarten Schönbrunn und U4 Hitzig. Von der Schnellbahnstation Atzgersdorf mit der S-Bahn zum Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere und zum Hauptbahnhof- weiter mit U1 zum Stephansplatz.

Vom Wohnzimmer direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse (20 qm) mit großzügiger Sitzgarnitur. Bus nach Wien (Stadtgrenze 3 km/Zentrum 20) fährt alle halben Stunden. Zwei Supermärkte vor Ort. Nur fünf Minuten in den Wald.

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.
