Situated amidst lush greenery, this place is extremely quiet and serene. The view from the balcony is amazing and the place itself is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The caretaker was very helpful in giving us instructions and local recommendations. You can order food from the itself and it will be delivered. The only downside of this place is the approach to the property. It is quite steep and you have to be careful if you decide to take a car. Aside from that, the place is a must visit if your plan is to relax and have a peaceful time.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was stunning, impeccably clean, and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene surroundings – surrounded by lush coffee plantations, offering both privacy and a homely atmosphere. Special thanks to the caretaker who was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Mary is an amazing host. She is extremely friendly and goes an extra mile helping her guests. The homestay would arrange our meals as well, some cooked by them and some ordered from the nearby restaurant. Everywhere you look around, it's full of green. They also know the places really well (local) and would guide you to the best offbeat non-touristy locations. I would recommend this homestay highly and you can just walk around, go down to the highway, find a good toddy shop, chill around and live the days in peace. highly recommended if you have pets. They do have their own pets for guarding the house but if you come along with your dog, the others will be chained and kept in a kennel. Most recommended food items - Special Sunni tea, Chicken dry fry, Beef shredded fry ❤️

The place was nice and clean and was located in the heart of all the tourist place.

This place rests on a heavenly landscape, surrounded by lush flora and fauna, and epitomizes beauty and tranquility. Ideal for visits with friends or family, it invites your creativity and offers a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. If you seek a meditative and peaceful environment, this location is perfect. The owner was polite, friendly, and respectful of privacy while being cooperative. With four bedrooms and a spacious kitchen, there's ample space to enjoy cooking, though the utensils provided were somewhat limited. Overall, the experience was very positive.

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

The place offers complete privacy and stunning scenic views. The host and agency were proactive and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a truly pleasant experience as a family. It’s the kind of place you’d definitely want to visit again.

We stayed at nivaasana with my family for 3 days, a beautiful cozy home and Rachana was a great hostess, answering all our questions in a timely manner and making sure our travel was comfortable to and from her home. The rooms were very clean with balconies and great views. Also it is located at a walkable distance to many shops in Kalpetta town. We were served freshly prepared delicious meals and it was simply the best! Rachana also recommended and arranged local sightseeing trips for us which was very helpful. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend!!
