This place had a nice location, a couple blocks from the lake. It was clean, had everything we needed and was reasonably priced.

We were in town for a family wedding and this was a perfect location. Could walk to town and other stores were close by. Place was better than expected.

Had a wonderful stay in Traverse City, thanks to Mark! After a night of camping it was a lovely respite to clean up and get a restful sleep!

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mindy's! The place was clean, comfy and had great views of the bay and downtown. Mindy was great checking in on us with updates and what we needed to check in and check out. We also loved the list of recommended places in the guestbook! Beds were comfy, and the crew loved the rooftop area, we had breakfast out on the roof. We are already planning our next trip back!

Fresh and clean, quick response time and self check in really saved us when we lost power during the ice storm and needed to get our baby and dog someplace warm last minute. When we needed to extend to a second night the room was already booked but Karla messaged all the other rent unit owners for us to see if anything was available. So kind!

We loved our stay at this house. Great location right on the lake, beautiful views and the snow made it even better. The house was as described, clean and very comfortable. We skied 2 days at Schuss and this is a convenient location for that. The dogs had plenty of room to roam the house and were comfortable as well! We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the stay at Derek's place. The plan was like it looked at the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. We liked that we found everything we needed to cook multiple dinners. As this is an old farm house, the lightning condition inside the house is not the best (e.g. only one central light for kitchen and dining area).

Everything as pictured and described. We fit comfortably with plenty of room. Great location, close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Awesome gameroom for kids. Mother in law suite smelled a little musty, and also no closets or dressers in there for ur clothes. It would be nice if there was at least 1 dresser. But worked for what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay the weekend of Feb 15th-17th. The house has a beautiful cabin feel and was spacious enough for 5 adults and 1 teenager. All the amenities you need. Great location for skiing at Shanty Creek (20min drive) and Boyne Mountain (30min drive). Definitely a lot of snow in Feb. and need 4x4 for driveway and driving in the area. Highly recommend staying here. Sue, property manager, is great, proactive in her communication and always responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This place was a great place to get away for the weekend. There is lots of things to do and the view is amazing!

We loved our stay for the 10 days. The private beach was great and the water was crystal clear! The house was clean and nice. Great location for riding the trails too! Would definitely recommend!

The place was perfect for our large groups. Spacious, clean, and felt like home. All the adult couples each got their own room and there was one for the kids. The house was close enough to Traverse city and the wineries, but we were not downtown in the chaos. It just allowed for everyone to relax when we were done for the day.

A perfect location for walking around town. You’re very near the main shopping street and tons of restaurants. I had my 80 year old mother with me which made this location very helpful. Easy access to the unit, a dedicated parking spot nearby…. I would stay here again!

This is a beautifully designed condo with lots of spaces for a group to be together (large table, kitchen island stools, and sitting area). We loved the location of the condo because we could walk to restaurants, shops and family who were also staying in the Village. Accessing the unit is a bit complicated but the directions given are well done and easily followed, but you need to have those directions available to you for your first time into the unit - after that first time, you will be fine. Also it is important to note that even with the elevator, everyone staying in the unit will have to negotiate a single flight of stairs with suitcase, either up a traditional staircase or the metal spiral staircase. We would highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed this place. The condo was extremely well maintained and clean. The unit matched the description completely. As mentioned in the listing, the condo is on a busy road and there is road noise. But honestly it wasn't a problem for us. The owner does include a sound machine which helps eliminate any road noise at night. We would definitely stay here again sometime.

Perfect location. Close to downtown and parks/beaches (for the kids). The condo was very clean and was had a lot of amenities. Would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend it.

The place was very easy to find and centrally located. It was the perfect jumping point to explore the Leelanaw wine area and then swing downtown Traverse for dinner. The size of the space was perfect for a one bedroom.

What a great place to stay! Everything was clearly labeled, which made our stay even that much better. Extra blankets for chilly evenings, a heated mattress pad with dual controls.. for when the hubby wanted it at 10 and I wanted it off, lol. We cooked some of our meals, and with the great kitchen that was so easy! We put the parking pass in our vehicle and it never moved all weekend…we walked everywhere, and there are some great food spots close by! My husband has stayed in many Airbnbs for work and he said this was by far the cleanest he has stayed in. We only wish we had warm enough weather to enjoy the great patio! The washer and dryer, which was really nice, was handy for making sure we left without dirty clothes, and that we kept the towels up. We are already looking at when we can stay here again. Thanks so much!!
