Upeat maisemat. Hyvä sijainti, lyhyt matka Haniaan, Rethymnoniin ja etelärannikollekin. Siistissä asunnossa aito kreikkalainen tunnelma. Linnut lauloivat ja kukko kiekui. Tullaan varmasti uudelleen.

Stella's place was a lovely stay! With mountain views and the beach 5 minutes away, it was a peaceful and scenic stay. The space was clean and comfortable and Stella was so communicative! It was so convenient that she lived nearby as she was able to address any issues very quickly. A quick walk to Analipsi which is an adorable little town with markets and restaurants (definitely more things open during the on season, but still charming). Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Wir haben unseren 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt in vollsten Zügen genossen. Manolis und seine Mutter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Strände und Restaurants empfohlen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und konnten somit alles schnell erreichen. Es gibt direkt an der Straße einen Supermarkt und vor der Unterkunft ein süßes Cafémit sehr gutem Kaffee. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine die man benutzen kann.Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Jedes Appartement hat eine Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Tür und es gibt eine riesige Dachterrasse von wo aus man den Sonnenaufgang genießen kann. Alles ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Manolis Mutter bietet sogar jeden Morgen selbstgemachte Leckereien an und frisch gepressten O-saft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Freuen uns jetzt schon! Very nice place for large groups. We were a group of 20 people and could easily fit in the main building and the rooms in the secondary building close by. Nice pool area and bbq. WiFi was a bit of an issue. We could only connect outdoors (not possible in most rooms).

Villa Kalithea is een heerlijk huis om in te verblijven. We zaten er 2 weken in het voorjaar en hebben genoten van de mooie tuin waar alles in bloei stond, het zwembad en de fijne zitjes in en rondom het huis. We hadden wat slecht weer voor de tijd van het jaar, maar hebben daardoor ook nog de houtkachel binnen kunnen gebruiken. Het is een hele fijne rustige plek, maar centraal gelegen. Je bent binnen 40 minuten in Chania en binnen 20 minuten zit je op het strand. Ook de Imbros kloof is op nog geen 40 minuten van het huis en een absolute aanrader. Dimitris is een fantastische host! Aardig, empatisch en hij zorgt ervoor dat het je aan niks ontbreekt. Als we nog een keer naar Kreta komen, komen we zeker terug!

Its a great place we were there with 5 People, everyone enjoyed it. The host even brought more barhrobes and blankets after we said we needed more. Only thing what I didnt liked was that there were a lot of Construction around in the village and nearby of the Vills whats kinda „shit“ is but the villa looks very good and well made. Only problem what we had was that we needed to turn on the warm water every time we needed kt because we had no sun. And also I think its normal in greek but I think there is very much chlorine in the tap water so that you can smell and taste it. So if you want to cook you need Water bottles from the Supermarket. But all in all.. the host did everything Perfect somethings arent in his controlls but there are fine Overand all i would rate it Five Stars out od Five * if you want to est good maybe search the „Alchemist“ at the beach its a good place for seafood and grilled meat and the desserts are of the charts!

Für uns war Ioannis Haus eine Idylle und die schönste Unterkunft, die wir auf Kreta hatten. Ein Airbnb Schmuckstück! Im Olivenhain, so nah am Meer, ticken die Uhren anders. Jetzt im Frühling hat alles geblüht, es war wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und offen. Der Balkon nach vorne raus ist noch viel größer, als aus den Fotos hervorgeht. Ioannis war sehr zuverlässig, schnell im antworten und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Falls Sie noch überlegen zu buchen, tun Sie es, solange Sie die Gelegenheit dazu haben!!! Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely stay in a beautiful, spacious villa with sweeping seaview. Everything you could want, including kind and generous owner, who greeted us with sweet goodies and plenty of water in the fridge. Would absolutely stay again!
