This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. At a higher elevation, the area is much cooler and breezier than staying in town and you can fall comfortably asleep in our comfortable queen-sized bed, listening to the sounds of coqui frogs and waking up to the beautiful sound of birds. Serenity in Kona- with epic ocean views! Wake up with the ocean waves crashing below. Hang out on the lanai with some Kona coffee from the Green Flash cafe next door. You have a front row seat for whale watching during whale season. Or, hang out and enjoy the sunsets- at times with our local manta ray! We have a queen sofa bed, and AC. Close to town- an 18 minute walk. Quiet, very little road noise here. You can rent bikes too across the street.

We spray regularly with safe, eco-friendly products to help keep them to a minimum.
