This a really nice spot in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He even bought me an extension cable so my computer charger reached the outlet to the desk, as well as a brand new bath mat! Check in was a breeze. Internet blazing fast. Very comfortable, spacious place, and I'm a real sucker for real hardwood floors. Lovely afternoon sunlight in the office nook while I worked. Having a full kitchen is also a big bonus. 10/10 would book again.

Beautiful house, very clean, and as descripted!

WOW!!! What a beautiful home!! It had everything you could think of along with the little special touches they had!!! It worked out so good with the wedding venue just a few feet away! The decor was so beautiful and so spacious for all to enjoy!!! Nick and his wife were so great to work with! 5 stars for sure!!!

Everything went perfectly. Kevin was very communicative regarding early check in and was very welcoming. I had a 6 hour drive awaiting me the next day and was able to wake up feeling well rested. My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing evening.

This unit was even better than the pictures! We were absolutely in love with this place. The tall windows beautifully lit the unit. The furnishings were top-notch. We enjoyed the large amount of blankets available as we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch inside and also out on the back patio. Great find in downtown Marshall!

Probably one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Our family was in town for my daughter who was competing at nationals for gymnastics. I have a baby, a toddler, tween, and teen and they had something for everyone! The host was EXTREMELY thoughtful and the place felt like home! Pack and play for the baby, books and toys for the toddler, board games for my tween, and coloring for my teen. We LOVED the patio area and spent the mornings there. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful. Area was plenty big for all of us and my husband had to work remote and there was a desk for him. Loved the kitchen and it was fully loaded. Beds were so comfortable and bathroom spacious.

Beautiful place to stay on the water! I stayed with my bridal party to get ready for my wedding, and then relaxed with my HUSBAND🥰 very nice hosts and communicated with me quickly and easily. Would stay here again!

Loved it so much we never left! 😀 My family was displaced after the May 7th Portage Tornado, and Aryn was super accommodating to us, which allowed our family of 5 get out of hotel living. Extending our stay past the initial 3 months, while our home is rebuilt, as this place now feels like home. Beautiful 3 season porch overlooking a wooded area has allowed us to watch 3 baby deer, that were born the week we got here, grow. Can't wait for the Fall colors to change. Thank you Aryn, truly.

Stephanie is a wonderful host. She was very responsive when we would have any questions. The house was updated and very clean. We felt right at home! We would definitely stay there again!

Sheila and Baileigh were helpful and responsive for our questions. The house was comfortable and worked great for our stay in K-zoo. The open floor plan makes the place great for hanging out with family and the patio with fountain was lovely. It was easy to come and go to WMU locations. The place was comfortable. Our second stay here, loved it!

This house was perfect for us while we visited our nephew at Western Michigan University. The house was adorable. We loved the fenced in yard and everything was spotless and very homey and cozy. We would definitely stay here again anytime we visit the university. Kim was especially helpful at making sure that we got in OK and even let us know about events that were going on in the area!

The host was incredibly accommodating, and responsive! The house was perfect for our ladies weekend!

This was a fantastic stay! Gorgeous home, helpful notes around the house, and fast message response time. We enjoyed the piano, porch swing, giant bathroom, and the beautiful home details. It was an easy walk to many amazing restaurants and the historic home neighborhood was nice. Pizzeria was right across the street and a 1 minute walk from the best breakfast place ever! The stay was absolutely worth it. I would come back in a heartbeat!
