Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Wake up on the comfortable bed, and go and experience the beauty of Waiheke where it is always a little warmer! The peaceful private studio under my house offers tranquility with a peep of the sea. Walk to the beautiful beach to swim, wander or sit in the sun. Take the bus or hike around to discover the treasures of this beautiful island. Relax, recover and enjoy.

Stylish rural Pukeroa Cottage, near wedding venues

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Valley Cottage.

Fully renovated, light, self contained cottage with stunning views of our special valley & Farm. Ideally suited for a couple, but we have a comfy sofa bed ( double), so 2 extras may be accommodated. Just 45 mins drive from Auckland CBD, 8 km from closest small town. An easy stop to or from the airport. Ideal for those looking for a quiet get-away, also with everything required for a longer stay; or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There is a full kitchenette, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Original 1920s Baylys Beach Bach (max 3 guests)

Our lovely 1920s Bach is a one-minute walk from the beach which is over 100kms long. With quirky character & few mod-cons this is a place to be away from the TV, rest up & enjoy stunning nature on the doorstep. We have kept as many original features as possible, so you get to experience a traditional Kiwi holiday - with a few added comforts. We are dog friendly - check the house rules. Fibre WIFI very efficient. BBQ available. Maximum guest number is 3 including children/infants/babies.

Twin Palms Beach Unit

Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Fleetwood is home to 2 serene studio spaces—side by side, each with its own private entrance and parking at the door. You’ll feel safe, secure, and completely at ease in our peaceful pocket of the island. If your preferred dates aren’t available, check our other listing—we have 2 identical studios here at Fleetwood. Note it is an outdoor bath tub, not a spa pool. More hygienic - fresh water & no chemicals.

Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

While compact in size it offers its own kitchenette, bathroom, fast internet, a comfortable double-bed (4'6” x 6'2”), air-condition to keep you cool or warm as you wish and even an own laundry. Best of all the breathtaking views of the city!

Pakiri Paradise on the ridge

Sit in the spa pool enjoying breathtaking views of Matakana valley in complete seclusion as the sun sets and the stars appear in the dark sky around you. Listen for Kiwi calls from Mt Tamahunga. Dine in nearby Leigh (15 min), or Matakana (30 minutes). We are just 1 1/4 hours from Auckland.

The Little House is a small, cosy, cottage in the quite, rural area of Purua ,just 30 min from Whangarei CBD, being surrounded by nature, farm animals and wildlife such as Kiwi Birds and Morepork which you can hear every night, creates a scenic and comfortable stay.
