Our stay was wonderful, and the location was perfect. We were provided with nice Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, and a beach bag, which was a great touch. It’s a fantastic option if you want to avoid the traffic and crowds of a hotel. My only suggestion is that they need assigned parking and newly painted spaces would be helpful. Returning at night, we sometimes found it difficult to find a spot due to other tenants not following the one-car-per-room rule or not parking at an angle, which was made harder by the old faded lines.

This place is amazing. The view of the ocean is fabulous. Just across the road is beach access, although a bit busy. The pool and hot tub make relaxing easy. The pool table was awesome, all items needed to play a good game. We especially liked the lighted pillars marking the entrance to park, makes this place easy to find when coming back after dark. All amenities described are included. We did find that the bedroom TVs did not have any service. WiFi works well. JG didn't respond to a question we had, thank goodness it wasn't too important.

Place itself was nice and comfy. Kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. I was in a downstairs unit and noise travels easily, could hear upstairs neighbors at all hours. Despite the noise, I would stay here again.

We needed a place to stay last minute for a few days after a flight cancellation. Rosalba's place was well-reviewed, well-priced, perfectly located, and communication was fast and easy. It was a comfy place for my husband, my teenage daughter, and myself. It was very close to Magic Sands Beach and we greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella that were available to use. The description and pictures were spot on. Communication was great. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lava Lounge! The space was very clean, cozy, and in a fantastic location—just a short drive to town, yet peaceful and full of island charm. I especially loved opening the windows to let in the ocean breeze and listen to the birds in the morning—it was incredibly relaxing. Mack is an extremely friendly and personable host who made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We stayed a couple of nights at this beautiful place. Meg and Bred are great hosts. We loved the view from the Porch, all the small details in the apartment. We took private surf lessons with Brad and he is a very great teacher, he is super passionate about surfer. He also offers coffee tours. Definitely check with them what to do as we got a lot of recommendations and they help in case something is needed. The environment is peaceful, non touristic and gives you an impression how it is to be a local. Enjoy the jungle sounds at night and the stunning sunsets from the Porch. Thanks for hosting us. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-maintained home. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, and the house was tidy and comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, making the experience smooth from start to finish. It’s a great base for exploring the island—just keep in mind that having a car is essential. This was a beautiful home and a great resting place while visiting the Island. James was very responsive and was consistent in communication and checking if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here and it truly felt like home!

We had an incredible stay at Chris’s gorgeous home. It was a little slice of heaven and the view was breathtaking. Sitting out on the balcony was by far our favorite part of our trip! Only downside was the driveway. That thing is no joke

Absolutely stunning home…great location and furnished with pretty much anything you could ever need. Between the hammock, ping pong table, tree house, and beach toys, it’s hard to imagine that any place could possibly be more kid-friendly. Hosts were responsive and extremely accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again, and highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay at - wonderful amenities and right next to one of the nicese beaches! Also free of any insects that plague alot of other locations (iykyk) - would stay here again for sure!

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home on the ocean! We enjoyed watching the surfers and sunset daily from the lanai or floor to ceiling windows, the sound of the ocean waves so rhythmic and calming. The condo is quiet, the pool and hot tub are great after a day of exploring. The kitchen was decently stocked to prepare daily meals and the condo was clean and well taken care of. The location was excellent, close to town/restaurants in one direction and beaches for snorkeling and picnicking in the other direction. Jennifer had snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and picnic coolers available for our use. We also had a designated, covered parking spot with secure, but easy access to condo. A wonderful stay! I hope our family can return again one day!

What a perfect place to stay. Beautiful view and awesome accommodations. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to everywhere. Chad was great! Super helpful and attentive. Very comfortable place to stay with everything you could want. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Beautiful condo, very close to an amazing beach. Good amenities. The property management was quick to reach out and deal with anything. We had a lovely visitor we named frank the ghecko every morning while we ate our breakfast.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful- appreciated the central AC during a warm humid few days in Kona! Great amenities, plenty of beach/snorkeling gear, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy couch and beds. The guest room queen bed was a tad firm, but worked well for one of the couples. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with a peek ocean view and the occasional rooster noises (bring earplugs if you like to sleep in! This applies to the whole island, tbh). Oh, and the pool area was great too when we needed a break from all the great beaches nearby! Would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was just like the picture. The clean and well-organized accommodation made our vacation start in a good mood. We were very comfortable during our stay, equipped with bathrooms and kitchen supplies, and we also used the rice cooker very well. It had two bathrooms, so it was good for our family to wash up after swimming in the sea. The bed was big and clean, but it was so fluffy for us that our backs hurt a little. It was also very convenient with 2 large boogie boards, a beach chair, parasol, flippers and other beach supplies. When we asked if we had any questions, the host answered us almost right away, so we were grateful. The pool and the Jacuzzi that starts late in the afternoon also made our vacation better. You can walk the Magic Sand and it takes only 10 minutes to get to Kona downtown. We are willing to stay again if you come to Kona again next time. I recommend this accommodation.

What a great find!!! Marco’s condo is everything as advertised & more! Beautiful view, quiet, clean, great new appliances. Location is easily walkable to all of Ali’i Drive. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning, watching the paddlers, parasailers, and surfers. Complex has a fantastic pool & hot tub that are immaculately maintained. We miss it already!

Janell’s place was great and really comfortable with fantastic accommodations. The location is central and walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Anne's place is amazing. It is incredibly comfortable & extremely well-equipped, and the views from the balcony are magnificent...especially at sunset. The apartment is perfectly located - just far enough off the main street to be quiet & peaceful but still within short walking distance of plenty of shops & restaurants. Given the opportunity, I would most definitely stay here again.
