Kagawa District, Naoshima: аренда домов со стиральными и сушильными машинами

We extended our stay at Casa Ottava twice, for a total of 13 days! It was such a convenient location, especially for exploring the Setouchi Triennale and the islands of the Seto Inland Sea. The ferry port is a 15-20 minute walk away. It was also two blocks away from a local train station, which made exploring Takamatsu very easy. We took daily walks through the many covered shopping arcades, since Casa Ottava’s front steps are in an arcade. Handy on rainy days, and when you want to find some place to eat or drink, the options are almost endless … but if you are tired, the 7Eleven is right next door. The Cafe downstairs, offers their simple Western style breakfast (included in the rental price) from 6-11 am. Helpful if you have an early ferry or train to catch. Loved having a washing machine, as well. Meant our clothes were clean when we packed to go on the next leg of our trip. It is a clean, quiet, well located and maintained place to call home for a few days in Takamatsu!

非常满意的一次住宿！麻雀虽小 五脏俱全！大到家用电器（洗衣机是带烘干功能的！）小到各种餐具及家用（清洁剂 洗衣剂 除臭喷雾吃完烤肉的必备 食用油 盐 一次性牙刷 毛巾 拖鞋）完全可以感受到房主的用心 房间还准备了欢迎小零食 和饮用水～ 房源的位置距离JR车站非常近 步行5分钟 距离坐船的港口步行10分钟 附近几百的距离里有一家烤肉店非常好吃！ 非常满意的一次住宿之旅！

깔끔하고 관리도 잘 되어있었고, 주방도구 및 세탁기, 건조기 등 들이 있어서 편안하게 잘 사용하였습니다 :)

주변 다카마쓰 호텔 숙박료가 생각보다 비싸고 시설이 좋지도 않은 것 같아서 에어비앤비를 이용했는데 숙소도 깨끗하고 어메니티도 넉넉하고 좋음. 부엌도 있어서 마트에서 산 고기도 구워먹고 좋았음! 모든 면에서 동일가격의 호텔보다 훌륭했지만 한가지 단점을 굳이 뽑자면 호텔보다는 추울 수 있다는 점. 근데 이것도 난방기가 있어 보완 가능함

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and loved it. The property itself was great - actually a bit bigger than I thought and was well stocked with snacks, tea, and coffee in addition to kitchenware. The space is decorated beautifully. The host was extremely friendly and communicative - they checked in during the course of our stay to make sure things were going well and were able to give great local recommendations (for the regional specialties especially)! Finally, the location: it was within walking distance to many major shopping streets, Ritsurin gardens and Takamatsu castle. It was also walking distance (about 20 minutes) to the ferry port. My wife and I had a mix of activities planned for our stay in Takamatsu and the location we were staying in was central to all of them. If I come back to Takamatsu, I’d love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Miyuki was always responsive to any query. Very friendly and loads of helpful recommendations. Very close to a great supermarket that had everything we would need. The house itself is compact and very cute. We love it! The beds were warm and comfortable and the hot water responsive in the shower. Over all, after nearly 15 years of Airbnb this has been one of the most enjoyable. Again, we loved it and many thanks to Miyuki.

Mari's place worked well for us. It's always nice to have a kitchen so we don't always have to eat out. The location was quiet and residential. There are a couple of neighborhood restaurants and a bakery, and convenience stores close by which was great for us, and the proximity to the river was lovely. Mari was kind enough to give us a child bike seat to use so we cycled everywhere on the bikes she allows guests to use. Biking around Okayama is easy and super fun way to get around and from Mari's place it is quick to get in to the centre or to the gardens and castle. The space itself is a little cozy for a family - all in one bedroom and a small table in the kitchen to eat - but not unusual for a Japanese rental. It has everything you need though to do some basic cooking, and the laundry is a nice bonus if you are there a few days. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks Mari.

Best experience I had with Airbnb. Yuki’s place is great, traditional Japanese space and felt like home. The hosts are amazing, they picked us up at the station and gave helpful instructions. If you’re planning to visit Naoshima island this place is really convenient, close to the ferry and a amazing place to take a time to relax during your trip to Japan. Super séjour. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Propre, grand, équipé avec tout le materiel pour les enfants dont lit, chaise, vélos. L’hôte nous a gentiment rajouté un siège enfant pour le vélo le jour de notre arrivée. Encore merci. La localisation était parfaite pour nous car près du port de Uno pour aller visiter les iles voisines dont Naoshima.

Our stay at Muji Base Teshima II was amazing. Taka and his team were super friendly, helping us with bikes and showing us around the spacious, cozy place. Thanks again to Taka and everyone for making our trip so special! They also pointed us to Ichigo-ya, which had incredible strawberry sundaes—a must-try! Their hospitality was top-notch. Thanks to them, we had such a great experience at the Setouchi Triennale. We’re already planning our next visit and highly recommend this place!

Es war wirklich eine schöne Zeit. Tagsüber sind die meisten Gäste unterwegs und wir haben die Ruhe in dem alten Haus sehr genossen. Es hat eine so schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre! Das Team war sehr nett und besonders Sachi hat uns toll unterstützt. Vielen Dank, es war schön dich kennengelernt zu haben! (Sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch und der Aufenthalt ist dadurch auch für Ausländische Gäste sehr unkompliziert)

I absolutely recommend staying here. The place is beautiful, traditional house with an amazing garden. It’s just outside the port but it’s walk distance close. The house is situated in a very nice area surrounded by other cute houses as opposed to the port area which is not particularly beautiful, if not a bit ugly actually. So being a bit outside it’d say is a plus. The place is very clean, provides everything, there are even free snacks and some basic food and beers you could buy for a cheap price. Yuki is really great, responds very quickly to the messages via the app and was really helpful every time I asked her something. She even offered to come pick up my luggage’s at the bus stop when I arrived so that I could get directly on the ferry. She is just so nice! Couldn’t recommend this enough. Absolutely loved it.

A very charming and also very convenient place to stay on Teshima and above all: wonderful hosts! Highly recommended!
