This is one of my favorite airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It is a well designed apartment with beautiful lighting and a great view. All appliances are modern and Berryman thought of everything you might need for your trip. He helped us check in and gave us great tips on how to navigate and avoid scams/traps. I haven’t even mentioned the beautiful view outside the window. The neighborhood is more local and outside of tourist area so it feels like you are living with the turkish people. everything is accessible by train, which is a 5 minute walk away, however there are a lot of stairs and steps since it is a hilly area. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is coming to Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Premièrement, Bedirhan nous a fait un accueil impeccable: il nous a offert le transport de l’aéroport à l’Airbnb et vice-versa, il nous a fait des recommandations pour les restaurants aux alentours, nous a aider à transporter nos valises jusqu’au Airbnb qui se retrouve au quatrième étage. Bref, il était vraiment soucieux de nous offrir les meilleurs services pour nous rendre le séjour inoubliable. Le Airbnb offre une vue imprenable du Bosphore avec une belle petite terrasse. Et sa position géographique fait en sorte que c’est un incontournable!

Bizimle sürekli iletişimde olan her türlü konuda yardımcı olan çok kibar ve nazik bir ev sahibi. Ev çok temiz konum mükemmel çok memnun kaldık.

The stay was really great and we had a nice time staying over this place with sea side views and all major attractions within walking distance. The host also made us feel like home.

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

Truly a rare find, pictures doesn't even do the view it has justice. From solo to large families, it is somewhere you can enjoy. I was comfortable even before setting foot into the place, and quite happy with how smooth our communication with Zafer was.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious and felt like home and the staff were friendly. There are super markets and some good restaurants and cafes near by. Highly recommend for long stay.

Много добро разположение с изглед към морето. Наблизо е Fishekhane с много ресторанти и кафенета от гарата Zeytinburnu лесно може да се отиде до центъра. Има подземен паркинг. Emrach също беше много отзивчив.

We spent a very pleasant time here and left great memories. The landlord is super good and has been helping us all along

it was so good for price.you can find evething in.the view is amazing .you sleep with istanbul view and so comfortable place.location is perfect .center of the whole vehicles metro,bus,etc.not luxury but simple and enough .

I want to give 5 stars to the owner for his hospitality. Everything was great.We stayed at the hotel for a week. The owner tried to do everything to make us comfortable staying in his hotel.

房东很好，主动热情帮助，我们住的地方也非常便利和安全就在主路上面。距离kadikoy码头，大概三个公交车站的距离。步行10分钟就非常多美食。室内环境很好，总的来说是一个不错的体验。

The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. Great location and super friendly host who made everything easy and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

La vista es maravillosa. La ubicación es muy cómoda con un bus directo al aeropuerto, y con el ferry que cruzas y disfrutas los paisajes. El barrio se siente seguro, sin turistas. Del lado de Moda hay restaurants y negocios con comidas para llevar, delicioso!
