I had a great stay here! The hosts were super welcoming and very hospitable. Their service was quick and really good — anything we needed, they were on it right away. The place was exactly like the photos, which was a nice surprise. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The host is very receptive to your needs, hit water and everything you need is available, just if you travel with a dog you may find an arrogant person at the front desk that will give you a hard time sometimes. For example I have a small 3 kg dog and he told me to use the service elevator with the construction crew use(and it’s horrible) and also to take your dog in the lobby in your hands🤦 but the others are very friendly and had no problem with them. Otherwise as I said the host is super nice and everything was perfect for our 2 weeks stay. I totally recommend this apartment.

Good Airbnb, great amenities in the building and also comes with a parking space. Would stay again.

Superbe semaine passée en famille pour le jour de l’an dans le logement de Marina, Le quartier est parfait, le plus de l’appartement est l’accès au piscine et beach club de l’hôtel Fairmont The Palm avec une réduction de 20% sur les restaurants de l’hôtel ! Tout était parfait 👌 Marina à été très réactif à nos diverses demande. Je vous recommande vivement cette appartement !!

Had the most wonderful experience regarding the stay. The hosts Duhome and adam were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. We asked for early check in and thanks to the hosts we were provided with it. I would 10/10 recommend to book this place for anyone who is interested in staying very close to downtown dubai / business bay areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiant for our work trip, and it met all our expectations. First and foremost, it was exceptionally clean, which I believe is the most important factor for feeling comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony and received plenty of sunshine, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was no noise or disturbances from the building, which made for a peaceful stay. During our time there, we did experience some WiFi issues on the first night, but our host was quick to address and resolve the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. There were two minor things missing that would have made the stay even better. First, wine glasses or cups—there were only regular glasses available. Second, a soap holder or a washing liquid dispenser would have been helpful, as we had to place the soap directly on the sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Michael's place is located in a great location with a spectacular view of the Eye at night. the balcony was perfect. Great walking location. There is a Nespresso machine but no bodum or drip coffee maker. Bed and sofa are comfy. The shower flow is underwhelming and it is awkward to fill the tub. Great building amenities.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this studio apartment in Dubai! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kensho Stay, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth visit. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

It was so nice of the host to be very flexible with the check in and check out time. I booked last minute, checked in very late, overslept and checked out late too but Leo was very accommodating and nice. The apartment was really nice and clean, had everything one needs. 10/10 for the mesmerising and soothing views of the water and cruises passing by from the balcony 🤍
