We specialize for workers Be close to work, in this spacious and unique space. Welcome to our labor of love. We took possession of this 8 acre parcel last year. We continue to improve this house every week It was an abandoned tractor repair facility. Just outside of Delta this four bedroom three bathroom house features all new beds, appliances and smart TVs Walking distance to Gunnison bend reservoir. The beach is only a few minutes away by car.
