We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Off street parking was very convenient. Space was clean and comfy. Quiet and peaceful building with walkable restaurants. We were visiting our son at NCSU which was only 1 mile from the apartment. We would stay again and recommend this place.

Michael was a great host! He was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. The studio apartment was so cute and quaint. Perfect for what we needed for our Dreamville trip! It’s on the outskirts of the city but not too far. A perfect peaceful quiet street. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great place to stay! Super close to downtown, but far enought to where your not bothered by the clubs or bars. My partner and I while definetly be back in the future!

Great home for our family. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. Lots of beds which made it great! The location is on a quiet street on the backside of downtown. I would stay here again!

Great house in a lovely + quiet neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard is super convenient and there’s plenty to do within a short drive. Athena & Drew were quick to respond and helpful + proactive during our stay. This is a great place to work from home, hang out, etc!

Great condo, decorated very nice, comfortable and a perfect gathering spot in between my son’s college graduation activities. Location was very convenient and walkable to restaurants. Only wish we had been able to stay longer.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was so cute, so close to downtown, and so cozy. We truly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and both of us had never had better sleep! If I ever come back to visit Raleigh, I wouldn’t even look at staying at another condo. The hosts were also very responsive and kept the place clean and cozy.
