Lovely home in a historic neighborhood in midtown Kansas City, convenient to museums, shopping, and restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful, and lovely to walk if you wish. Debra and Mike are charming hosts - expect plenty of coffee/tea/snacks, and good conversation! Private suite on the top floor is roomy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

ParkView house is so charming! Our family enjoyed having a cozy space to spend a little extra time together during our son’s wedding weekend. The home is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient location. Christy has thought of everything with the little amenities this home offers. Wonderful host! Janet’s place had everything I needed during my weekend trip. It’s cozy, quiet, and spotless! Janet was very nice and welcoming. I had a great time in Kansas!

Location is perfect for walking to KU campus. It was very clean. Perfect for our fur babies. Spacious home with updated amenities throughout. It was everything we wanted for our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The place was very clean & well kept. The bed was comfortable - a family member stayed in the other bed with no complaints. The kitchen was stocked with most of everything you needed to cook at home - all appliances worked well and he even had cast iron cookware, which was great! I do wish the second bedroom had a folding door instead of a curtain and maybe some darkening shades for the mornings we wanted to sleep in. The location was close to everything we wanted to do - most things were within a 10-20 minute drive, & we even took a long walk downtown. The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors were nice when we happened to pass by each other in our comings and goings. It was really nice to have a driveway to park in! Adam was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I even had a couple of suggestions (nothing that would keep me from staying here again) and he was very open to feedback. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Kansas City!

Karma and Brian made my family's first stay in Missouri so enjoyable. Their home was so comfortable and homey. It felt like being right at home. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully booking through them again. We absolutely recommend booking a stay through them as well. Super cozy home! Upon entering it felt like we were right at home. Instructions were very detailed along with recommendations of places to go. Beds were super comfortable (it was like sleeping on clouds). Thank you for being such incredible hosts!

This property worked very well for our family. We had 11 people stay here and we had plenty of room. We had a great time with the fire pit and the kids really enjoyed the yard games. We were able to use Marietta’s grill to have a nice cook out. We really enjoyed watching the Olympics together as a family in living room TV area. We really appreciated the breakfast foods provided for us which included bagels, English muffins, cinnamon bread and all kinds of fruit. Very nice! Great family experience and memories!

What an amazing staycation we had celebrating our anniversary! The Lodge was cozy and comfy and I really enjoyed the decor. It was an all around vibe. Chris was amazing to work with. He provided champagne, which was waiting for us upon arrival, as well as fresh flowers. He was very accommodating and asked if we needed any groceries or anything. So nice! We would definitely stay here again!!

I have stayed in Kim's apartments several times. I have always enjoyed. Only suggestion, put a brighter lightbulb l above the door that goes into the apartment. We checked in after dark, and it was extremely hard to read the numbers on the keypad. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Valerie is a 5 star host! Her place was extremely clean and super comfortable. My family stayed and it was in a perfect location with plenty to do in Liberty. She communicated extremely well and checked to make sure our stay was perfect! Don’t hesitate to book with her!

One of the best hosts I’ve ever had, Amy went above and beyond in countless ways to be sure I was comfortable in The Roost listing. She deserves more than five stars. It is a privilege to stay in this grand old house that has been well loved. The water pressure of the shower is excellent and the hot water arrived instantly, the bed is very comfortable and soft, the bathroom rugs are like walking on clouds. The Wi-Fi was simple and fast to connect with. The other residents in the house, very friendly and comfortable to be around. From the third floor, I could not even hear the piano being played, until I opened my door and it slightly wafted up the stairway. So high up in the trees, the traffic was hardly noticeable by comparison to some intersections in Lawrence, at least after the traffic thinned out in the evening. The windows give good ventilation and daylight. The gardens are lovely with blooming flowers and well manicured shrubs. I am staying here again.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A beautiful house and loved the way the sunflower room was set up. The bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. My host Sharon was very nice and served a delicious breakfast. The house was spotless and well maintained.

Fantastic and comfortable stay at Cat's place! The house is absolutely charming. I really appreciated all the nice touches to make me comfortable (coffee station upstairs, bathrobe and spare toiletries, extra cozy blankets). Cat is exceptionally friendly and kind. She made a fantastic breakfast of homemade oatmeal that was perfect for venturing out into the cold day! Thanks for a great stay!

Sharon’s bed and breakfast is amazing! Not only is it affordable, but Sharon makes you feel right at home. She is accommodating to anything you need and she is very thoughtful and kind while still giving you privacy. Overall, if you are in Ottawa you must stay with her!
