We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is absolutely stunning and the house is perfect for relaxing, cooking, and gaming. The master bedroom with the balcony was especially great! Everything was very clean and Rick was so helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend checking out Otter Falls while you’re here! We had a great stay and would love to come back :)

Very quirky and funky place that fit us perfectly. Comfortable place to hang out and easy walk to the main street in Boone. We had a show at Shaeffer’s and walked there as well. We appreciated the coffee provided as well as yummy homemade granola. It does sit right next to another rental but there was sufficient privacy.

This was the perfect place to spend a night! It Has everything you need! And it’s in the perfect location; my husband and I really enjoyed that gorgeous view of the trees. Just a heads up the bed is really cushy if that’s not your thing overall this place was perfect!

We had a great stay at this lovely little property. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the ducks waddling outside were adorable! There was one issue with a WiFi outage on our second day - unfortunately an area wide outage out of the host’s control, but she was responsive nonetheless.

This was our 2nd stay at Bek's place, attending an athletic event at King University. Love the place, it's set up perfectly for relaxing, for cooking and spending time with friends. It is perfect for three couples, everyone has their own space and bathroom, but plenty of hangout space as well, including an awesome balcony with a great view. Tons of amenities inside, easy to get to downtown Bristol, this place is a gem.

The most charming place we could’ve stayed for our anniversary! Beautiful views from the sitting area, a quaint back porch, plenty of windows, and the cutest decor. Bob left us an extremely detailed booklet for our check-in and check-out experience as well as a list of the best hikes around. Finding the cottage was a breeze and there were a few walkable restaurants and shops once you exit the private road. Would absolutely love to stay again. We couldn’t get enough of how lovely this place was!

Mike place was exactly as listed. So much character in this cozy house. It was a bit dark because of all the woodwork but the beautiful Tiffany type lamps were nice - perfect for hanging out and talking after a fun day. Upstairs bedroom had lots of light! Woke to a symphony of Tennessee Birds every morning. The street had a loud fast truck every now and then, but the side streets were quiet and beautiful with blooming trees . Great for morning walk. The few steps to the upstairs are a bit steep and not recommended if stairs or balance are an issue. We loved the small fenced entry courtyard so our friends could bring their dog over while we hung out .

Carl's place was absolutely wonderful. it was so peaceful and we felt right at home. Carl and his son were both there to welcome us upon arrival and make sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was in the healing process from being hit by a car and they wanted to make him comfortable first and foremost and sent him some food and even came to check on him later that night. We wanted to extend our stay but it wasn't possible due to previous bookings but we will definitely stay again soon.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. Shortly after arriving David brought us milk and other item for us to use throughout our stay. David also excepted a last minute extra guest for us and allowed us to have family over for dinner! Great place! Thank you again.
