Our stay could not have been any better. The unit was in perfect shape with everything we wanted. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach bag in the unit for our short walk to the beach. Plenty of pans to cook with and all appliances appeared to be brand new. Central location to great restaurants you can walk or take a short drive. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all!

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are the sweetest couple — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. They even came outside to chat with us and gave us a ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. The space was spotless, and the outside area was such a fun bonus. I would stay here over and over again. The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at David Johns. Everything was just as described and Emily was so helpful making sure we everything we needed. I was traveling with my daughter and 15 month old grandson and she put a pack and play up for us. That made it so much easier keeping the little guy in check. I would definitely recommend their place to anyone needing a place with no more than 4 in your family. Thank you again for everything and your kindness.

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Recommend for families looking to check out a game or do any of the wonderful things available to do in Tampa!

Great place and location. Lots of possibilities for day trips and some great running opportunities around the area. Great beach options very close by!

We stayed for a long weekend and this house was great! had everything we needed including laundry since my wife and I have a 17 month old. The beach gear with cooler and umbrella were perfect so we didn't have to rent at the beach. Very close to downtown Clearwater and close to the bridge over to Clearwater beach. It allowed to skip a bit of the traffic before the bridge to cut down on time in traffic. the hosts were very responsive and fixed an issue we had right away. We would stay here again!

Très belle location spacieuse avec 4 vrais chambres, très propre, calme et bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. A recommander sans hésiter.

Easy checkin and walkable to some restaurants and more if you’re good to walk 20 min. Easy to uber everywhere. Clean and great house, just note that it is a shared house with a couple other airbnb units.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Fantastic space. Three minute walk to the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub. Everything inside looks like the pictures. Eric was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)
