The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with Dishes, Stemware, Flatware, Baking and Cooking Tools, Open pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cleaning supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. This is a unique opportunity to live life big in a Tiny House (165 sq. ft.) right on Lake Goodwin with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Great hot tub on the deck with a sweeping view of the lake and privacy. Sleep on a comfy bed with luxury linens, full kitchen, microwave, TV, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, toaster & blender. You have access to kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat, dock and fishing. Because of the close proximity to the water & hot tub, it's not suitable for children.

You will find the apartment to be extraordinarily clean and comfy.

Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.

The Secret Langley Cottage

The Secret Cabin is on beautiful Whidbey Island just 5 minutes off the ferry and 3 miles from the seaside city of Langley. Set on almost 10 private acres with a pond, walking trails , fire pit, outdoor eating , BBQ and 2 Bikes to ride anywhere local you’d like. Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
