For anyone who wants to spend some time surrounded by nature and away from city rush, this is a perfect place. The house is a mix of modern and old Pahari architecture. The core of the house is old and traditional while modern facilities have been added later. The outcome is a nice cozy and rustic place. We had the whole house to ourselves as Divya, our host, was travelling. However, she was in touch with us over the phone and her directions were clear and easy to follow. The house was immaculately clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms are cozy, balconies are a treat to sit in and porches are delightful. We cooked, read, lazed in balconies and porches, explored the orchard and surrounding woods and had a great time overall. Instead of taking out the car, we found a forest trail to market that was simply blissful and good daily exercise. The time we spent here has certainly energized us all. Highly recommended.

It's a gorgeous property. Words won't do justice to what the eyes will witness there. Feels like you're in Scotland Countryside. The whole area of the property is just gorgeous and very well maintained. The beautiful trees, flowers, fence all around the property is absolutely delightful especially when the mountains feel like they are just a walk away from you. The helpers were very humble and polite. Nishar was a great host. Not to forget his two lovely dogs who were very friendly. My dog had a great time mingling with their dogs, chickens, cow and ducks. He loved this trip. The slate aesthetics are stunning. The food served by Gopal bhaiya was delicious. Tahir and cleaning didi were very nice as well. One of the best places to stay around palampur. Honestly, I don't think there is any better property at the given prices. Located At one of my favourite and most peaceful locations in Bir. loved the experience.

Overall we had a good experience...peaceful and extremely clean space. The host and caretaker were responsive and present. Definitely the best in Kullu! Recommended for all.

It was pleasant to stay in pine Hill cottage. Staff is fully supportive. It was like home away from home. I personally loved the experience of staying in cottage, specially it's Mountain View from its rooms and balcony area. Manager guided us to know about areas to visit and managed all our booking in very cost effective manner. Pleasant memories of staying in pine Hill cottage will always remain alive in our hearts. Great place to stay! It’s a spacious apartment with all the amenities present be it kitchen items, internet connection, power backup or heaters in all the rooms. The host was easy to reach out and responsive. The locality is peaceful so if you are looking for a detox holiday, this place is perfect. The location is also good if you want to visit Manali and Kasol as it lies in the centre giving you perfect getaway options. We are definitely coming back here!

We hadn’t planned to stay another night, but due to a last-minute booking cancellation elsewhere, we found ourselves back at Klaus & Vicky’s place—and honestly, we couldn’t have been happier! They welcomed us with the same warmth and kindness as before, making what could have been a stressful situation feel like a blessing in disguise. Spending an extra day here gave us more time to soak in the peaceful surroundings, enjoy the lovely garden, and play with their adorable puppies and cats. Klaus & Vicky’s hospitality is truly unmatched—they always make sure you’re comfortable and feel at home. It was another beautiful experience, and we’re so grateful for their generosity. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts!
