Everything was great, the view was awesome, so great to overlook main st and be so close to downtown. Easy in and out. Street parking was absolutely fine even on a busy Saturday night. Great stay, would stay again.

Our group had a great time during our weekend getaway. Everything was perfect with the location. Lots of excellent food options and things to do in the area. Being righrlt on main street was awesome as we never had the drive anywhere. We will be visiting again sometime.

This place is FABULOUS!!!!! We have already booked our next trip with Ashlee! Everything you need right there and more!!!! We were so impressed with the home and everything the area had to offer! If you are looking for a beautiful space, close to everything no need to look any further! Restaurants! Shopping! Relaxing fun night life! There are also so many local fun places to explore within a 10-15 minute drive. Ashlee was an amazing host and will always be our go to when we visit Galena!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb that Diane owns. The place is beautiful and comfortable and the location is ideal for spending lots of time downtown walking, eating, and drinking. No need to drive! We will for sure be back here again. The bed is so so so comfy!!!! Diane does an amazing job of making the place feel welcoming. She is also flexible with checkin which was a lifesaver for this trip! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Diane!

This location was great for our girls weekend in Galena during Spaless Weekend. Was able to shop and not worry about parking our car. The place was very nice and perfect for our group. Thanks again, Amy

We had a fantastic stay here! We enjoyed watching the activity down below on the street and looking at the historic buildings (including the Desoto) across the street. Everything was so close by, the walk was enjoyable and nice to see the neighborhood a bit. Michael’s place is a great space, plenty of room and nicely decorated. It was just two of us this time but would be great for two couples. The home was spotless, incredibly clean, and very well cared for! We actually thought this space would be perfect for our family to have a trip here, so do find it disappointing (and surprising really) that children are not allowed. So if you’re looking for an adult getaway, this place is perfect for it!

We visited for very busy October weekend and really appreciated the location right above Main Street. The entry was private, well lit and it was nice to have a patio to relax on. Free parking was easy to find right up on Bench street. The unit was very spacious with a sitting area, tv, comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette and large bathroom. The entire place was spotless! The apartment is right above our favorite bakery/coffee shop and is walkable to all shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and park. Even though it is right above Main Street, it was very quiet which is important after being in crowds all day. Can’t wait to visit and stay here again!

just as expected! it was a great location. it is on an incline when you're coming back from main street, so that can be a challenge if you've indulged a bit 😂 but that's not Nick's fault. the apartment was comfortable. the beds were great. it had everything we needed. Very responsive to any questions. We would stay again! thanks Nick!

Was a very nice place to stay. A few steps but great exercise! Well done apartment, only thing was that there could of been a few extra towels. Good thing we only stayed 2 days or we would of had to do laundry. Would stay again.

This place was top notch! Beautiful space and perfectly located in the middle of the strip! Will definitely be booking this suite again!

The photos didn’t do the suite justice. The skylights and vaulted ceilings made the space feel large. It was in a great location, maybe less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street! Breakfast was served in the most adorable setting in a cute little room that was a part of the old brewery, complete with beautiful place settings and served by candlelight! The hosts were so sweet and super responsive!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark and Lisa’s! They were extremely responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. Their place is the perfect location to walk to great restaurants and shops in downtown Galena. We especially appreciated the special touches from their family. We highly recommend!

This condo is perfect for a little getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bed was comfortable! The jet tub was relaxing and perfect for 2 people! Downfall is that the shower head is VERY small and there’s a weird clunking behind the toilet, in the plumbing.
