The place perfectly matched the description, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and felt like a home away from home. Suzy is a wonderful host, and Vlada was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautifully restored building, situated in a quiet and peaceful village. There are green meadows and a pine forest nearby, which made it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Ubytovanie rozhodne odporúčam. Všetko bolo skvelé, čisté a veľmi priestranné. Pani Jana je veľmi milá a priateľská hostiteľka. Apartmán je ešte krajší ako na foto. Pohodlné postele, tichá lokalita pod lesom ideálna na odpočinok od stresu. Český Krumlov je 1 zastávku vlakom. Pobyt sme si užili a určite sa vrátime. Ďakujeme.

Pobyt byl skvělý. Když jsme cokoliv potřebovali, tak Veronika hned odpověděla. Doporučuji. Kousek od restaurací, obchodů a zábavy.

Great place, nicer than on the photos. There was everything we needed. There are some rooms that are not on the photos. The landlord was very friendly and we had option of flexible check-out. There is WiFi, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and coffee maker etc. The nature and view are beautiful.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Obergeschoss ist nur über eine schmale Treppe/Leiter zu erreichen, was aber keine größeren Probleme bereitet (außer man hat schwere Koffer dabei). Auf beiden Etagen befindet sich ein Badezimmer, was ebenfalls von Vorteil ist. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Ofen in der Küche, welchen man selbst befeuern konnte, und die Liegeecke darüber. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, was für Hundebesitzer ein Pluspunkt ist. Für kleinere Gruppen, die eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit in der Natur verbringen möchten, ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen.

Exactly as described. Spacious and clean accommodation, nice location, garden, perfect communication. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.

Bydlení bylo útulné, v klidném koutku. Za humny Českých Budějovic i s dobrým vlakovým a autobusovým spojením.

Ubytování a komunikace v naprostém pořádku. Do centra je to 10-15 minut chůzi. Pokud přijede vice vozy musíte počítat s parkováním jinde.

Es war wirklich ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in zauberhafter Umgebung. Das Schloss ist ein ehrwürdiges Gemäuer, von der reizenden Gastgeberin Sabine lebendig gehalten und zu einem wahren Wohlfühlort gestaltet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn ich einen atmosphärischen, ruhigen Urlaub möchte.

Velmi příjemné místo, zajímavě vybavené s perfektní lokací přimo v centru. Přesně jak jsme hledali.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der überaus geräumigen Wohnung. Sie ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Dominik war ausgezeichnet und seine Eltern sehr hilfsbereit. Das Highlight für meine Kinder waren Hund und Katz - sie haben die Tiere richtig ins Herz geschlossen. 5 Sterne, absolute Empfehlung meinerseits!

Wieder einmal ein paar ruhige Tage im Waldviertel verbracht. Leider war das Wetter sehr verregnet. Dafür war es im Haus umso gemütlicher. Und dem Pudel hat der große Garten trotz Schlechtwetter gut gefallen.

5 minutes from Center of Telč ! Miluše was really kind to me. She drove me to her place the day I arrived and also drove me back to the station the day of departure. Also, she took care by preparing a very nice breakfast. Her place may be old, but it's giving local vibe and very private ! I enjoyed it alot. Definitely recommend the place and Miluše to other !

S partou přátel jsme vyrazili na víkend do Plané nad Lužnicí a měli jsme to štěstí, že jsme se ubytovali právě tady. Hostitel byl naprosto skvělý - reagoval velmi rychle a odpovídal na mé všetečné otázky s velkou trpělivostí. Samotné ubytování bylo pro nás neskutečným zážitkem. Krásný prostor, klidné okolí, ale hlavně luxusní bazén se saunou. Se saunou jsme sice trochu zápasili, neboť se nám nechtěla nahřívat tak, jak jsme chtěli, ale jinak bylo vše naprosto dokonalé! V docházkové vzdálenosti báječná restaurace. A navíc ve vile k dispozici průvodce nejen po Plané, ale i po okolí. Doporučujeme všemi deseti!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein schönes kleines Häuschen mitten im Wald, sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus war ausreichend ausgestattet und der Pool war super.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

The house was very well equipped. It has everything that you need while staying at someones house. The accommodation had a very homely atmosphere. There were plenty of towels to use and were given even more on arrival. The place was hard to find however once contact was made with Adriana, she came and picked us up very promptly and was communicating up to the arrival. Everything we asked she provided with a smile and wonderful attitude. Our privacy was respected and honoured. The pool, sauna and the massage shower was amazing. There was an area for sunbathing near the pool outside. 5 stars 🌟 amazing holiday perfect for families with children. The local village does not have a shop however a city was only 15-20 minutes away and it had a lot of supermarkets and shopping centres. Very close to Austria and Germany border less than an hour away if fancy a visit, Prague two hours away. Would definitely return in the future.
