Open plan living flowing out to front verandah with ocean and heviews. Separate entrance leading from designated car space. Bedroom with queen size bed and spacious bathroom. Kitchenette with microwave, jug, toaster and full-size fridge. Short drive to Whitebridge and Charlestown shops, cafes, restaurants and variety stores.

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties).
