This property is a small duplex with a private yard. The entrance is a shared space, you are welcome to use the left half of the shoe rack/coat hooks. Once in the entrance you'll see the door to the apartment which has an electronic lock on it. (code will be sent 24hrs. before check in) Apartment has a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. The Cottage is 100 years old and has been renovated.The Cottage is walking distance to shopping, movie theater, Restaurants,and public park you can see from the back porch. It’s near AmtrakStation. I will always be available for my guests and will always have my information listed in the Cottage. . The Cottage is 30 minutes from Brunswick Ga and 40 minutes from our beautiful beaches. Private Parking in rear.

Guest House

Guest house with one bedroom available. I occasionally live in the guest house to ensure everything is in working order. You will have the Guest house by yourself when you rent. I live full time in my Main house. Very private. I also have a nine year old female Lab, gentle, sweet dog. This property in rural, but only 3 miles from Jesup. I need a day's notice to ensure the guest house is ready for you. Rent is based on 1 or 2 guests.
