My team and I were from out of town attending a conference and thankfully booked this ahead of time. We had a wonderful stay and it was the perfect location to the conference. Everything was walking distance, I know I put in a lot of steps during the week of our visit, but it was perfect distance to everything when it came to the conference, food, and attractions. It was easy and good communication between the host and I and I know everyone enjoyed their stay and felt comfortable. If we are back in Philly, this will have to be the place we stay again, thank you!

Great value amd location. I had a convention at the Hard Rock but I prefer to be able to cook my own meals. Every staff member was super nice. the pool, jacuzzi and even a sauna were extra benefit of staying there. it is a time share property so you have to deal with them trying to sell you something. We opted to decline and they finally left us alone.

Steven was a wonderful host and the apartment was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a nice building… The view from the rooftop was amazing… The bed was super comfortable and everything was as described… Lauren is a great host…

Great location and stay

Isaiah was a really nice host since the beginning! He explain very well all the rules and about the place is exactly like the photos, super clean, a lot of details and the neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. It was our first time in NYC and in my opinion worth it, the location is far away only like 35 minutes in Uber but you also can use the Subway and PATH. You are far away from the crazy city and you can sleep nice and the place is super comfy I highly recommend and of course if I back to NY or NJ I would love to stay again here!

We loved everything about Barbara’s place. It felt just like home and would absolutely book again. Very well stocked and steps to everything needed.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

I had an amazing time staying at Abby’s place- I felt so at home and the home decor is just beautiful. It’s in a very nice location and just a short walk from the subway. Abby is hands down a great human and I feel so thankful that I chose to stay at her place in Brooklyn- thank you Abby for everything you are awesome !!

This place was amazing and the heated pool was very nice and warm it was my favorite part.

Wir fühlten uns vom Buchungstag bis zur Abreise allerbestens betreut. King ist gefühlt IMMER erreichbar und kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste. Ein kleiner Mangel, der während des Aufenthaltes entstand, wurde Sofort behoben. Alles mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Supermarkt, Bankautomat, 2…3 Schnellrestautants in 2 min. Fußweg zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle 3 min. Entfernt. Bis nach New York City haben wir vom appartment aus etwa 30-40 Minuten gebraucht mit Bus und Train. Absolut ok.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Sheri was an amazing host and helped me with anything I had questions about and allowed myself & my guests to arrive earlier than the check in time. The place was so awesome inside & out and had all the room we needed! Looking forward to staying here in the near future! Thanks again Sheri!!!

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

Jennifer’s house was comfortable for us, our 3 married children and our 6 grandchildren under 8 yrs old. There were toys for the kids to play with. The location of the pool to her property was a short easy walk. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, saunas, hot tub, and exercise rooms were well kept. We liked the shuttle service to the beach because we didn’t have to look for parking or pay for parking. Jen was very responsive and friendly even though I asked many questions. 😄 Thank you Jen for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful October weekend here while attending a wedding! The house has a warm cozy feel and was so much better than staying in a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was responsive. We arrived just as sun was setting and were pleasantly surprised by the bay view!

Thanks for a fun weekend. Our Girl Scout Troop really enjoyed it.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The house has a unique design, perfectly blending vintage and modern styles. It’s full of historical charm while remaining incredibly comfortable. The space is bright and spacious, with excellent amenities—the pool table, gym, and sauna made for a truly relaxing experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking, and the fireplace in the living room adds a cozy touch. The surrounding environment is peaceful, ideal for a getaway, and it's also close to the ski resort. Communication with the host, Laura, was smooth, and she responded promptly. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

We came with our family for a few day stay & really enjoyed the house. Rosa was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend others. Thank you
