Welcome to Grafton Getaway - Overlook Lodge, a secluded 33 acre property overlooking Lockhaven Public Golf Course and the Mississippi River Valley. This one a kind property sleeps 35 and sits on a hilltop at the end of the road with similar amenities as our Cabin, Farm, and Riverhouse locations. At all locations we hope to host your next couples, family, or group getaway or special event. The Lodge is just 12 minutes from Grafton, IL and 40 minutes from Lambert Airport in St. Louis, MO

Just 15 min. away, Grafton is where you can tour wine country, hike Pere Marquette Park, or simply drive along the Great River Road, where hundreds of bald eagles migrate during the winter season. St. Louis Int'l Airport is 35 min. away. Downtown, you'll find attractions like the Gateway Arch and Saint Louis Zoo, or cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues Hockey, or take in a STL SC soccer game.

Enjoy the country life in rural Greene Co in our cabin located on our farm. A great getaway spot! Features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, laundry, porch and fire pit. Look out over the field for a beautiful sunrise. On a clear night, the stars are amazing! Enjoy nature and take a walk along our creek. Spend some time in our little town at our local shops and restaurants.... We live in the country between Carrollton and Jerseyville. (There is no WiFi.)

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally-located home. There's plenty to see and do in the Riverbend area of Illinois. This home's proximity to the roads along the Mississippi, as well as the short drive to the Clark bridge or Amtrak station, make for easy access to everything the St. Louis area has to offer. The area is a major stopover for many migratory birds and boasts a number of sites for observing the birds during their travels.

Although there is not WiFi in the house, there is a WiFI and River viewing area close by.
