Bay & Basin Staycation

This stylish place to stay is perfect for getaways and people passing through who need an overnight stay to break up the journey. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 1 Burner Ceramic Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine/Milk Frother and Ice Cube Machine. Supplied is complimentary tea and coffee also. Shampoo/Conditioner and bath soaps and Towels are also included. The coffee table does also convert to a table for dining. Instructions are in the welcome pack.

Fully fenced rural site 2 mins from Princes Hwy, 20-25 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches, walks, villages, great views, shopping and dining. Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. Cont breakfast items provided for guests to prepare at their convenience.

Erowal Cottage at Jervis Bay

Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

Basin View is a peaceful waterside neighbourhood surrounded by bush within the larger Bay and Basin area. Basin View is a great place to stay to explore Jervis Bay and further up and down the coast or to access the Basin for fishing and boating. 900m walk to Basin View boat ramp. 15 min drive to Vincentia, Huskisson, Hyams or Booderee.

Wandandian Rural Tranquility - The Cottage

Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
