The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy some of NB’s best outdoor opportunities. Centrally located yet rural; Sussex, SJ, Moncton and Fredericton are all 60 minutes or less away. Loons Nest

Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

The River Dome

Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

The Cozy Triangle

Magnate Mactaquac's smallest a-frame, designed for two, with an option of sleeping a small child on the sleeper sectional. This cozy a-frame cabin is situated on Meadow Brook and directly beside Mactaquac Provincial Park. This tiny concept a-frame has everything you need, with a beautifully modern kitchen, dining table, sofa, queen bedroom and a stunning bathroom with custom tile shower. It also comes with outdoor fire pit and a wood fired hot tub nestled against the steam!

The Star Dome at the Belleisle Bayview Retreat!

We offer one night stays! Enjoy stunning panoramic sunset views of the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the Star Dome; situated in a natural meadow near the lodge building. The Star Dome provides a unique experience with propane fireplace, and a clear roof for star gazing. The outdoor viewing deck includes a kitchen with all utensils/ hot sink, hot shower, toilet and BBQ. Round out your relaxation with our Finnish wood-stove sauna and cold tub at $50 per hour.

Tucked in the trees with breathtaking views of Grand Lake, escape to Magnolia Lane Cottage to play, relax, and unwind. Nestled on over 2.5 acres, our cedar cottage perfectly blends wooded privacy and pristine waterfront. Bring home fresh produce from local-gem Slocum’s Farm Fresh Produce, relax in the hammock, swim and lounge on the beach, take in the beautiful sunsets, and end the days with beach walks around the cove!
