Great place to stay 🫡 Host very responsive, very clear instructions, the house are so comfortable, my family really enjoy it, beautiful view from the living room & balcony especial during night time, bed also comfortable~ Definitely going to repeat again when we come to Penang again~ Everything is good~ (except lift 😂 , need to wait for awhile during peak hour check out time), overall its good to stay as staycation and worth it 🫡

the place is really good. near to lam wah ee hospital. swimming pool is good and also kids playground. the unit has a washing machine and free detergen that I use every day. Air conditioner is working well in all rooms. city view from window outside the unit is beautiful

Great stay, value for money. The kids were having their fun time at the pool. 1 carpark is provided by the unit host, near georgetown, easy to acess to everywhere.

It was an amazing experience for my whole trip, Peng Fong is very supportive and the place is wonderful.

The host is very kind in allowing us to check in to the apartment earlier despite some unforseen circumstances. The electrical appliances provided are adequent and useful, for example, the water dispenser which saves us the time to boil water. They also provide extra pillow and hangers in the bedroom. the host is very quick in responding our messages when we informed of some defacts and even assure us that they will get it repair soon although it didnt affect us too much.

Had such a great 2-day stay here! The place was super comfy, clean, and had everything I needed. The host was really nice and easy to talk to—fast replies and super helpful the whole time. Loved how peaceful the area was, perfect for just chilling and taking a break. Plus, the location made it easy to find food and explore nearby spots. All in all, it was a fun and relaxing getaway. Would totally stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Wayne's place for 5 days while travelling with 3 elderly person, a toddler and an infant. We went with 2 cars so it's good to have the designated parking space. Checking in process is easy and the security officers are very helpful. The unit itself is clean and spacious. We love the double bed and the baby cot in the living room because they makes it easier to take care of the baby. The amenities are easy to use and everything works well. My little nephew had fun at the playground and library on 29th floor. I strongly recommend this place for families especially if you travel with kids.

The location is peaceful, with great local food nearby and access to a rooftop swimming pool. The accommodation is clean, and the host is friendly and hospitable.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

a comfy place to stay with family, we came over to just relax and it was worth it. most of the time we spent at home and relax. the entire apartment was so clean and free from dusts which was amazing. the host was also very friendly and really helpful. despite the waiting time for elevator, probably because its holiday season, everything was fine and perfect.

We had a very comfortable stay for 9 days. The apartment was clean, bright, spacious with minimalistic design which we appreciated and enjoyed. Close to the airport and walkable to Queensbay mall. Very convenient to use Grab to explore Penang. CY and Marcus were very responsive and considerate hosts. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay for staycation. Nice and clean. have 2 car parks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Able to cook, have nice beds and large living room hall. Quite place to sleep. Fast internet connection

Everything in the hotel was good, the apartment was clean, and the staff's behavior was wonderful, especially the receptionist, who was wonderful and quick to respond. Thank you for everything.
