This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

This beautifully restored to 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located on the square of downtown Jefferson. You can walk around the quaint town enjoying small town life and meeting the locals. Or, if you are looking for more things to do during the day, Jefferson is centrally located between Athens, Gainesville, Commerce and Buford. A 20-30 minute drive in any direction will bring you to a different thriving town with new activities and restaurants.

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
