We had a great stay. comfortable beds, amazing showers, well furnished. everything is like brand new Great view of the River. We had everything we needed. We will be back!!

This place js a gem! If you like history and appreciate a place with character, make the trip to Felt’s Mills. We fell in love with the house and its many charms. As soon as we stepped into the garage (the former stables), we were transported to another time. We marvelled at the enormous kitchen with the large marble fireplace, and our imaginations took flight as we sat in the dining room with its giant wooden doors and wide, old-fashioned windowsills. We slept really well and had everything we needed. The place was spotless and very comfortable. James even gave us a tour of the unfinished parts and was a wonderful guide and host. We are repeat guests of Cari. Her hospitality won us over day one. Check out the Blue Heron next door. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from it all, but still be close enough to enjoy the city of Watertown. Two words that describe everything about this place to us… “Absolutely Perfect”!

If you're about to visit Dexter , NY and near by towns, this is the only and the best place to stay . Located on the Black River side you have the unique opportunity to enjoy extremely beautiful view without leaving the house . Moreover , we are frequent Airbnb users , and this house is outstanding and gets only the highest scores . Spacious , comfortable and with all the stuff you need is there . Even if you're some kind of capricious person , Susie and Dean , owners of the property , are always happy to hear something from you and make your stay much more comfortable than you've expected. Sometimes you see pictures of property , and when you arrive , such a feeling , that you booked something different . It's not about that property , it's much more nice and comfortable in real than it seems on the picture . I do strongly recommend that pleasant place to stay . It was an unbelievable experience staying there. Would come back there definitely

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb's over the past years, but Mary's place would be at the top of my list. Swan's Nest is the most well-equipped, cleanest, and organized Airbnb I have ever encountered. My three sisters and I spent a week in the Thousand Islands, enjoying the beautiful area and spending time together. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and having three bathrooms worked out wonderfully for us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! Every night we enjoyed playing cards in the bar room downstairs. We also enjoyed late afternoon chats and reading in the downstairs sun room, which included a wonderful fireplace. Swan's Nest is located perfectly for visits to Clayton, Alexandria Bay, Gananoque, boat tours, and the many parks with hiking trails. We loved everything! I highly recommend Swan's Nest. It was an amazing Airbnb and located in a perfect area to explore!

Paula's home was like a home away from home as we visited family in the area 😊 It fit our family of 4 perfectly and even had amenities for our kids. And the coffee bar made morning wakeups something to look forward to! I can't forget to mention how peaceful the area is with the sounds of the creek as a serene soundscape. Paula was very responsive if we ever needed anything as well. She is a great host indeed! We will definitely be on the lookout for Paula's home when we return to the area to visit family ☺️

My family and I had a comfortable stay at the cottage. There was more than enough space for the 7 off us. My toddler enjoyed playing in the sunroom. The location was quiet, yet very close to Clayton and Alex Bay. I would stay here again on a trip to the Thousand Islands.

Tyler was extremely flexible as we had to check in super early after a long drive. The place was very clean, everything was easily accessible, and it was a cozy. Just enough space for my partner and I, Definitely would book again.
