Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. This house can be rented on its' own or with the other house (see other listings on my profile). The village of A-Bay is a short walk, the quaint town of Clayton is a 15 minute drive and Cape Vincent and Tibbits point lighthouse is a 40 minute drive for a beautiful sunset where the Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence meet.
