We stayed here for 1 night during Derby weekend! Keegan was super friendly and helpful and the stay was very enjoyable! He was quick to respond and accommodating of everything we needed! The property was very pretty with a gorgeous pool that we unfortunately didn’t have the time during our trip to use. Very accurate and easy to understand instructions to access the Airbnb. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely try to stay here again for any future trips to the Louisville area!

Kelly and her husband Paul were wonderful! Very friendly, hospitable, and helpful! My friend and I stayed for the derby and they gave us souvenir glasses and wine bottle. They also had great suggestion on where to eat and things to do! I hope to be able to stay again sometime!

Our family of 6 stayed between Christmas and New Years. Like Alicia and Glenn, we also homeschool our four kids (ages 12-6). We were worn down from the holidays and daily life, so were looking for a refreshing time away from home. Our stay was exactly that. The home and property were extremely peaceful being out in the woods. We did several trail walks and explored the creeks around the property. The kids thought the circular nature of the home, and hot tub were fun too. I appreciated the various Christian decor in the home, it gave me some things to think about as we hung out. But even more than all of that, we had a wonderful chat with Alicia and Glenn that was very refreshing to our spirits. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway that is focused on Jesus and the holy spirt this is the place for you. This is our second visit to Susie's home. We go to Louisville frequently and have stayed in about 10 Airbnbs/VRBOs. There are few we really like, but Susie's is our favorite. Everything is perfect. There are instructions around the rooms explaining how to use anything that might be a problem. Everything is attractive. Everything is clean. Every thing is comfortable. They have a plunger in the bathroom. I have not actually ever had to use a plunger in an Airbnb, but it always makes me a bit nervous when there isn't one, which there usually isn't. It is close to Kroger, restaurants, etc., in a part of Louisville where there is not a ton of traffic, there is parking, and where the intersections are not difficult to navigate, which, if you have driven in Louisville, you know what I am talking about. Susie is very responsive, very helpful, very nice. The rate compares very favorably to other stays this size, and many much smaller. We will always stay there if it's available.

We had a very comfortable stay. Loved the location. It was a walkable area - just right for getting a chance to move after a long drive.

This was the third time we have stayed here and as always it's a wonderful relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. We highly recommend it!

Great family spot! The host was welcoming and kind and even let my children meet their dog. We had an awesome family vacation!

Absolutely loved this location! The unit was homey and very comfortable- anything you need, they have it! I especially loved the little details, such as board games and books to read, snacks to munch on, and extra blanket and pillows already laid out for guests. It was clean, quiet, and had the most comfortable beds. Russell was always quick to respond and very friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting southern IN!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when visiting family nearby. Although we were connected to the host's residence, we felt like we had complete privacy. There was plenty of space, comfy beds and futons to sleep on, all kinds of extra blankets and bedding, shampoo and body wash in the shower, and a small kitchen area with microwave and mini fridge. Dont come here looking to prepare big meals, but otherwise its perfection! Betty was very accomodating, helped us in many ways. Shes also a darned good human, so caring about animals. We liked meeting her elderly beagle as well.

Great clean space, great location! This our second visit. The last time, there were issues with noise. This time was much better! We were able to sleep without any disturbance. The rains were very heavy over the weekend and the sump pump worked overtime. It was a bit loud , but it could not be helped. Bed was comfy, shower was good and hot and easy access to everywhere! Would definitely return!

Loved staying at Kelly's place!! It was so beautiful, I spent as much time as I could on the covered patio! Beautiful garden and yard that was so peaceful.... Kelly thought of most everything and provided a very good system of how things should be done. She was kind and checked in to ensure my needs were met. Horse, cow & sheep country was enchanting.... I would absolutely stay in Kelly's place again! Susan

Tricia’s space was perfect for us! Quiet neighborhood not far from all the main catches of Louisville! She left us amazing cookies from a local bakery and a sweet hand written letter. Hands down easier to deal with and less foot travel then a hotel. If you’re looking for a conveniently located spot, and don’t want to be bothered in your own space, Tricia’s studio is perfect!

We stayed here for the Kentucky Derby. Jacob’s home is a little less than an hour from Churchill and was much more affordable than places in Louisville. It is a smaller town but Jacob gave us a good local restaurant recommendation!

Carolyn and John are the kindest, warmest people you will ever meet. They made us feel like we were family . They were also so helpful giving us ideas on the best places to go and see around the neighborhood and in the city. So thankful for our great experience ♥️

We stayed here for our first Kentucky Derby experience and all I can say is WOW! This has been the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Dawn was the perfect host for our weekend. She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and more! From the beginning of our booking to our check out, Dawn has been so kind and thoughtful to us. She truly made our weekend that much more special with all her graciousness! I cannot say enough about how amazing this stay was. It was simply perfect!

Rachel is a super responsive host. Her place is very clean and check in was very easy. The neighborhood is super walkable with great restaurants only a 10min stroll away. We stayed for a week with our dog and felt right at home the entire time. The place is cozy and quiet and we’ll stay again when we visit Louisville in the future.

This is the second time I've stayed with Sarah and Daniel and, as before, I loved every minute of it. Their walk-out 1-bedroom apartment is comfortable, cosy and perfectly located for walking in an old Louisville neighborhood with plenty of charm. There are also a number of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended -- I'll go back for sure!

We had a great weekend stay! Such a lovely home and a nice space. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after hitting the bourbon trail. Highly recommend!
