A fantastic house in idyllic settings so peaceful. With Boulder and Golden within easy reach to visit or on the other side, the small town of Nederland. You could just stay at the well equipped house cook and take in the views. We had a wonderful time at this special house.

Great home, we had to book last minute for a funeral. This home was able to accommodate a few family members and give us the peace of getting ready. Response time was great. The home was well put together plenty of space and the communication was there. Definitely recommend. Thank you again.

Great place on the west side of Denver. Easy access to Red Rocks area or central Denver. Would stay again.

Great stay for a couple and close to Red Rocks. Loved the setup, cozy bed, and beautiful views off the Creek. Nancy was also a great host and very accommodating!

We stayed at this home a few years ago and were happy to see it was available for our trip! It is a small apartment and perfect for the two of us. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Golden.

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

Beautiful place & great location with lots of shops & restaurants right outside the door! Straightforward communication! Lots of space to accommodate a weekend getaway for our family of 4 (w/ two young daughters) and my dad! Only thing missing, which is a minor detail, would be a wine opener! ;). We’d definitely return to Duy’s place!
