The location was ideal—tucked between the mountains and the city, which made exploring super convenient. The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it was exactly as presented in the listing. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like bath products, a hair dryer with diffuser, and even lady essentials. There was plenty of privacy, but also a lovely sunny patio to enjoy when desired. The hosts were responsive and respectful of our space, and it was great to have a fan available for sleeping. A few quirks to note: while the space was clean and well-equipped, the sheets were a bit stiff and the window coverings let in more light than I prefer for sleeping. I’m also quite sensitive to smells and noticed a dog scent in the entryway and towels. Temperature control wasn’t accessible from the unit, which may be worth noting for guests who prefer to adjust the thermostat. Overall, a solid stay in a great location—I would recommend it!

We had a great time. The accommodations were so nice, very clean and well appointed. We were welcomed by deer and cute fox who slept in the yard our last night.

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect if you are going to see a concert at Red Rocks! They also had the cutest decor and you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into their place! Everything is labeled incredibly well. Would 100% stay here again!

Great spot and very accommodating, about as private as you can get when connected to someone’s house. They even made sure to shovel the dedicated parking spot, and the pinball machine is a great touch.

Our stay was fantastic! We came for a show at Red Rocks and this Airbnb was nice and close. We opted to drive to the venue - it was about a 7 minute drive, and easy to get in and out of before and after the concert. As for Gwen’s place, the beds were comfortable and the space was clean and private. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Morrison!

Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. The place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. Loved the hot tub!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Cara was incredibly responsive! Place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it was quite chilly & snowed, so we weren’t able to enjoy the covered seating area out back - next time!! Cara had great suggestions for local places; delicious pumpkin spice latte at Bardo’s & fun breakfast place at the Cozy Cottage. Thank you, Cara!

Everything was great! The downstairs neighbors we had during our visit were very noisy and sounded like they were in the same unit, which threw us off at times. But otherwise, our stay was good! The Air BnB has everything you need!

Erica’s place is absolutely perfect! This space is very homey and comfortable. Lovely bed, very nice bathroom, kitchen has all the necessities, and a great patio. The Co-Host Alexis lives next door and is extremely respectful of the shared space. This home offers a relaxing environment and is within a good distance from many restaurants and fun things to do!

Great and responsive host. Airbnb was exactly as described, easy to find, and to enter. Place was also well maintained and had easy (and only a few - which is positive) instructions. Location was good and it took 10-15 minutes to the city center.

We loved our stay here. The yard was perfect for our pooch, and well maintained despite the work being done. The home was stocked with essentials we needed. We especially appreciated the inclusion of a drip coffee maker, plus caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee grounds instead of K-cups! We love coffee, and this was a very pleasant surprise for us. The couch was quite comfy, the mattresses were firm, and altogether this home met all our needs!

Great place in a great Denver suburb. Everything was easy and beds were clean and comfortable.

This condo was a nice homey-feeling place for our group to spend Christmas. We have family in Wheat Ridge and this location was very convenient for us to all get together and enjoy the holiday. Plenty of bedrooms - each with a different firmness of the mattress so we could all find the one we liked best - and ample gathering space on the main floor.

Loved the place, will be sure and reach out next time in Golden.

This place was so perfect the first time we decided to stay again. Our second trip was as good as the first, this place was perfect for us. The house is located in a great spot, close to everything we wanted to do. It has everything we needed and was more than comfortable. Our host was super responsive and we hope this place is available when we come back next year!

This condo was very nice. I like to use the kitchen and all the necessities were present. We had our yorkie with us and property was very pet friendly with pet stations throughout. Thank you so much for a lovely Christmas stay!!!

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. It was beautiful, pristine, nicely decorated and appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. James was a very responsive host. We had a couple of questions, which he answered quickly. The location was convenient to visit many attractions and restaurants. We felt very fortunate to have found this unit.
