The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

Spacious 4 bedroom Townhouse that sleeps 10 people and is less than 1 minute to Jay Peak Resort. 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with Queen beds) and bunk room downstairs provides plenty of space for your family ski vacation. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining room and a living room with a fireplace. If you need to sneak in some work, there is a office room, equipped with a twin bed and smart TV. Warm up in the steam sauna or jacuzzi bath after a long day on the mountain.

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

This one of a kind property, formerly a Historic Grist mill (with ruins still on the property to explore) is surrounded on 3 sides by the Jay Branch River, a crystal clear mountain stream that runs down from Jay peak.
