1 king bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Separate living area with kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Private entrance and HVAC controls. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units. Located in the Thomas Square / Starland neighborhood, this unit is close to Forsyth Park (.5mi), boutiques, eclectic restaurants and bars. Venture to Tybee Beach to catch some rays or use the provided bikes to explore the Historic District (1.5mi). After a busy day, return to your home-away-from-home and relax in a peaceful little garden away from it all.

Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.
