Scenic Point Cottage @ the Heights

The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

Created just for two, this cozy haven is the perfect base camp for your outdoor adventures. The Loft features gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the Buffalo River. This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property. Perfect for motorcyclists too. The highlight of this property is the full length back deck with a hot tub to enjoy the view of the Arkansas Grand Canyon and the amazing sunrises!

The Wee Nook, near Carver Landing (with Highlands)

The Wee Nook is a cottage tucked away in a peaceful, lovely location near a national park. Use it as a base for hiking nearby trails, or floating The Buffalo River (just 3 miles from Carver's Landing!) There are Highland cows that live in the pasture surrounding the home, that you're welcome to interact with. There's also plenty of wildlife on the property, with a wet-weather creek that flows from approximately December to April. Come relax in the gorgeous Ozarks!

Close to many access points on the upper section of the Buffalo River for fishing, floating, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing nearby.
