With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

A Frame Cabin above the clouds

This A Frame has been restored to it's 70s potential but updated with yellow solid surface counters, Heath Tile and slate bathroom with radiant heat flooring, and Reform cabinets. The breathtaking view did not need a restoration. The house is situated on 30 acres including 3 meadows and wide grassy walking paths. It is up against state land which makes it very peaceful. In 2025 we updated the house with central heating and cooling
