We had a great time visiting onancock and Kimberley's place was a cozy home away from home in a beautiful setting, right across the street from the water.

This was an amazing stay! It was so cozy and comfortable which was great as it rained most of our stay. The kitchen was great to cook in, with all the utensils and spices you may need. Definitely a great spot for rest and relaxation!

What a charming cottage, tucked in between the Atlantic and Chesaapeake. Quiet, secluded and clearly well loved by the owners, this rental is truly one of a kind!. We'll be back!

I recently stayed at Crooked Elm and was thoroughly impressed. The place was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. The host's responsiveness was top-notch! One feature that stood out was the guest binder. It was incredibly detailed, providing clear instructions on everything from using the fireplaces to local attractions and dining recommendations. This made it easy to settle in and feel at home. It had everything we needed for a cozy stay! Overall, my stay at Crooked Elm was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-managed retreat.

This was our second time staying at this rental and we would recommend to others. Ann's communication was great and she even gave us the option to check in early and check out late as it was available.

Great place to stay for rest, relaxation, peace and quiet. In my short time there, I saw a wild turkey, a fox, an otter, red wing black birds, a woodpecker, and cardinals. And at night, I heard tree frogs and an owl was really close by. Terri is wonderful as a host!

Samantha's place was well appointed for our group's need. It was comfortable and quiet, yet with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. It was nice to have a spot to get some work done while the kids were busy with games before we got onto our planned itinerary. I appreciated the clear instructions and reminder labels across the space. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Booking was super easy when we had to make a reservation change Ashley was quick to respond. Arriving and getting in was easy. The house was well stocked with essentials and Instacart did deliver our extras that we needed. Our time was peaceful and waking up to the morning view was priceless. We had nice evenings by the fire and they even had s’more marshmallow sticks for us to use. We also played board games, sat on the beach, went kayaking, and watched movies at night. We ended up staying an extra night. It was amazing and we definitely will be back!
