We had a nice stay at Sameer place, house was clean and exactly as per image. Location of property is highlight as it is easily reachable and lots of restaurant around and above that Sameer was always there. Although we had to leave early but place highly recommended!

The house was really good. It was exactly as the photos described! The bedrooms were very spacious - and so were all the bathrooms. The kitchen too was a large one, which allowed multiple people to utilise the space for their respective needs simultaneously. The house has a wonderful aesthetic in a great neighborhood, and I would definitely recommend booking this.

We travelled on work to Delhi and stayed at Utkarsh's place. We had a comfortable stay and Utkarsh & his staff were very helpful and proactive. The place was very neat and clean, has a good surrounding and easily accessible. We would definitely recommend his place for anyone looking for a comfortable, neat & clean place to stay in the heart of Delhi which is easily accessible & very well connected to metro & public transport.

I honestly thought staying in Gurgaon won't be that good because of all the scams we hear every day about the place, but whatever I spoke with Naren initially it was exactly like that, we came from Chennai and expectations were very less but when we entered it was better than our expectations everyone liked it. We stayed at this lovely place with my family and everything about this place is so cozy and comforting. The host is super responsive and very easy to communicate. The caretaker is so sweet and always around to take care of any help required. The stay felt like we were home. Highly recommend this place.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.
