The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

We had a truly lovely stay, and I must say, Rishi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable in every possible way. His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

One of the best stays that I have been to, Vidhur's place feels like a second home. it's a cozy rustic home with beautiful gardens and antique furniture. You can come here and soak in the beauty of Kashmir and enjoy the amazing meals cooked by the caretaker Desraj Ji. I visited in April with my family and the flowers were in full bloom. Vidhur is a such a friendly and courteous host who always makes you feel at home and has great suggestions for eateries, sightseeing etc. We had an amazing time there sipping Kehwa tea and enjoying the comfortable stay. Thank you Vidhur for making our time in Srinagar memorable 😀

The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

The food was fresh and delicious, with Happy ensuring we had everything we needed. What stood out the most was the personal touch—Happy went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His kindness and dedication truly made our stay memorable. We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

I stayed at Tasleema ji's home with my family and it felt right at home. She is warm, welcoming, always responsive and available for all our needs. It was a pleasure to try her delicious cooking, especially Kashmiri wazwan and Kahwa. The place in itself is a full fledged home with all amenities and a beautiful garden with lovely roses, a pretty sight to wake up to. I would highly recommend staying at Tasleema ji's place, tucked in a peaceful location near airport for anyone visiting Srinagar.
