We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.

Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. So much to do in Downtown Jax, look at the pictures I posted for suggestions and all only 8 minutes away from location! Please check out our reviews!

This bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. We are centrally located 20 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, 15 minutes from the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Florida beaches. It’s also easy drive to Baptist/MD, Mayo Clinic.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
