We had a fantastic family stay at Elizabeth’s place in Florida! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. We especially appreciated the bicycles and beach gear provided—it made our trips to the beach so easy and fun. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunrises every morning. It’s also a short drive to St. Augustine’s city centre, which made exploring the area super convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Elizabeth was a fantastic host—very communicative, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Spacious, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with many incidentals that allow their guests to comfortably manage being away from home. Tongila and Ted are thoughtful and attentive hosts and I feel grateful for my time in their home. Thank you both for being so welcoming!

The location couldn't be more perfect--right on the beach, and not too much hustle and bustle going on around the island (but a Publix and restaurants nearby!). The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of things you might need, and there were several options for things to take down to the beach. Plenty of space for our family, and I loved having multiple rooms with views of the ocean. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I'd stay here again! One little note if anyone in your group has mobility issues--the stairs are noted in the listing, but there's also a bit of a hill on the dune to get over back to the house from the beach. Nothing huge, but again, just for anyone with mobility issues.

The room was attractive and well appointed. Although it was in a private home, my room was right next to the front door, so that I could come and go without disturbing the owners. As promised, the location was a short drive to the location where I spent most of my days.

One of my best beach trips yet. So close to the beach! I walked there everyday and Publix is a very short drive away! The place was so clean and the air conditioning was amazing!

We spent two weeks mid April to end of April. Weather was perfect for walking the beach, swimming, shell collecting, and cycling in the state park. Temperature range was 60 in the morming to 80 degrees F in the afternoon. The apartment was very clean and fresh with quality appliances, bedding and towels. The back porch and yard is great for bbq and just chilling after a day on the beach. Less than 10 minute walk to beach-access at 3rd street. If you want to drive 5 mins there is free parking at the beach-access on Euclid street opposite the Reef restaurant. The apartment has beach chairs and umbrella available , with sand-castle building equipment for kids. Very close to the famous Aunty Kate restaurant (reasonable $$) on the river - great sunset views over the river. Plenty to do and see in the historical downtown of St. Augustine with history going back to the Spanish arrival in 1513 and a Spanish castle built around 1670.

Konti and team were impressively responsive. After getting settled, I messaged letting them know the kitchen sink nozzle would spray out the side when turning the faucet on and asked if there was a toaster in the unit. The responded within minutes letting me know they'd look into the kitchen faucet asap. The next day (it was either Saturday or Sunday - can't recall) the kitchen sink nozzle was fixed and there was a new toaster on the kitchen counter upon my return from being out that day. I expected the leak to be fixed. The toaster was a surprise. Clearly, their guests are a priority to them. Additionally, they brought in a new coffee table for the family room while I was there (not a request of mine, simply them mproving the unit). All on all, a great place to lay your head at night. Clean, comfortable and the team was excellent at communicating.

Great location! Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! The home was clean and easy to get into. The king bed is a bit soft and pretty squeaky when you flip over but we made it work!

Convenient location close to beaches, supermarkets, downtown. Great value for a comfortable, hassle free vacation. Host was great.

Lisa’s place was lovely, clean and the decor was creative and eclectic. The walk to the beach was so close! A few hundred feet from the front door to the steps leading to a gorgeous beach. Our dogs were provided stylish water bowls and food bowls. We appreciated the thoughtfulness to include provision for our fur babies. All the linens, towels and sheets were in perfect condition, clean and comfortable. We hope to return! Thank you Lisa!

Stayed for a month and loved it! Maria is an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and full of helpful advice. The townhouse matched the pictures perfectly and is in a safe and nice location. Highly recommend for both short getaways and longer stays.

Phatty was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. Lived that we could walk to stores and restaurants. So close to the beach!!! We had a 6 week stay during treatment at Mayo which was super convenient. It truly felt as a home away.

Karen’s place was an immaculate condo in a residential subdivision, had all the supplies for cooking for a family and the beds were comfortable. It got a little loud in the mornings because of the geese and the neighbors using a metal grinder, but was otherwise peaceful and quiet. Can be a bit tricky to find at night but during the day it’s no problem. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend.

Weston’s place was super clean and just as described. I didn’t realize the upstairs had an open space overlooking the main living area, but that was probably my bad for not looking at the photos more in depth. This makes it a little difficult to use the living room area while putting children to sleep. The fenced-in yard and pet-friendliness are a huge bonus. The beach access is a little hike, but walkable. There was a book of local recommendations at the house, which was super helpful in navigating our options! We had a slight hiccup with the door and Weston answered the phone right away and helped us. The area feels safe and was very nice for a quick last-minute vacation. Instructions for checking out were super easy and Weston was great to work with even on a last minute basis. We would 10/10 recommend his place and look forward to staying again if we are ever in the St. Augustine area!

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.

Roland was a fantastic host! He was extremely responsive, very flexible, and even gave suggestions of things to do. The home was as described and pictured. Close to shopping, Mayport Naval Base, beaches, and centrally located. The outside esthetics isn't all that great, but don't judge a book by it's cover. The neighborhood is quiet and locals friendly. My family and I were very happy and would rent again.

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!
