Susan was a wonderful host!!! Cannot ask anymore more of a host. Let us check in early, and no issues with an early morning flight we ad to catch. Susan is very friendly, warm and has a great place. Some good restaurants around the place as well

The space was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with and the bed was very comfy! The location was perfect, in a very nice neighborhood, and very easy to get around town! We loved our stay!

Ron and Cindy's Bear Necessities Inn is anything but bare necessities. They have absolutely thought of everything to make their basement retreat welcoming and a home away from home. We felt immediately at home when we were greeted by Ron. We were in town to visit our sophomore at college, and did not want to stay too close to the downtown area so this was a perfect distance away while being close to many restaurant choices in Overland Park. The bed is comfortable, the fridge was stocked with items that were free to use and we had access to plenty of linens and the usual toiletries. I loved that the fridge had an icemaker and my husband had coffee from the Keurig. We could even sign into our streaming accounts on the TV. Our hosts were generous with their time, expertise and hospitality. We connected with them on many levels and would return for stays in the future. It was a perfect weekend for us!

We were looking for a quiet place to stay that was outside of Kansas City yet easily accessible to I-35 for our next day’s journey. David’s place was perfect for us as it’s quiet safe location provided all of that for us. We also got to see some of the beautiful country in that part of Missouri and visit the historical town of Excelsior Springs. David has created a great guest quarters lots of room, charming interior and a vert comfortable bed. We enjoyed the views from the window and had a relaxing evening plus excellent sleep. We had the pleasure of meeting David for a good visit about the area and how they transformed their home and guest area after purchasing it. The beautiful hardwood floors were once covered with carpet and are fully restored. It was an easy drive to access I-35 just south of Cameron, MO. We would highly recommend David’s place and hope we can stay there again.

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

We loved how close this Airbnb was to our grandchildren’s home. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and close to entrance. We loved the extra touch of yogurt, OJ, water bottles and s’mores! We also liked the selection of coffee and teas. Jana was a responsive host.

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

Chose Brendon’s place because close to people we were visiting. He was extremely proactive & quick with responses even with little things. He even took care of an odd allergy situation I had. Their place had a great layout & thoughtfully done. His descriptions were accurate.

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

We loved this space! The apartment was perfect for our little family for the week. It was super clean and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We would definitely stay here again if ever in town.

Wonderful place, clear instructions for everything. Hand material for a fire setup if I wanted it. Responded quickly. Lovely private getaway when on a work trip for myself.

Our stay was extremely relaxed and peaceful. The space is perfect for two with everything you need for a quick trip. I was pleased to find it at a reasonable price in a safe neighborhood. You are in a basement area attached to the main house but it was private and didn't hear much from the people upstairs. I enjoyed that this was a local family and not a corporate stay.

This place was very clean and comfortable and convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay. The TV was a little tricky to stay connected but we felt that all around town. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

What a wonderful quiet place that was perfect for my needs. I was impressed by how thoughtful Chad was to provide many details which made my stay more enjoyable. I left my home in a hurry and forgot a number of toiletry items yet, found everything I needed in a Diddy bag under the sink! Even toothpaste! The shower was magnificent, in my opinion with lots of pressure and hot water. Microwave and refrigerator and coffee technology we’re great. I really liked the way he had the kitchen set up. Even though this apartment is underneath Chad‘s household, it was incredibly quiet. I highly recommend Chad‘s place if like me you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle yet still have easy access to anything you might want to do in the area.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. It felt like home. It was super peaceful and super clean. The host Chelsea was always responsive and super sweet. We would love to go back whenever we visit again

Had a wonderfull time. Plenty places to explore or sit back relax by the pool. We needed a weekend away any yet it was close it still still felt far away thank you for opening up your property and we will be back again to explore more. Thank you

Was a very peaceful environment. Great place to stay.

5 stars all the way around. The only down side was the upstairs tenants were very loud until about 330 am on Saturday. Not the hosts fault at all and when I messaged at 2 am, someone responded to me which is great! Otherwise everything was perfect.

This was a very great airbnb owner was very friendly and had a lot of fun games in the living room and beds where very clean and bathrooms .

We’ll check for availability here first for our future KC trips. Stephen’s place was stylish, cozy, and welcoming. The bed and pillows were ultra comfy, and the studio was clean. Fantastic lighting and artwork! We were minutes away from downtown making the Ubers cheap and quick to and from our concert. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.
