My family and I loved our stay! Every little detail you can think of was well thought out. Child friendly which made it an extra plus for me! Will definitely come back!!!

Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

Beautiful place and would love to come back in the future

I was excited to find this place, as it’s a 2 minute walk to one of my favorite coffee shops in Athens, and a 20 minute walk to down town. This was the perfect place to rest and regroup during a busy work trip, with plenty to do nearby. There are some train tracks nearby, but having lived in the area before, i knew to expect the occasional honking. The place was clean, comfortable, and I loooved the high ceilings. Check in and check out were super easy, and Madeleine was a friendly, responsive, and an overall great host. Thanks again!

This unit is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and uncluttered. The location has restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and even more options just a bit further out. Madeline is a proactive, friendly, and responsive host who clearly prioritizes her guests' experiences. For informational purposes: The listing and some reviews mention the proximity to a concrete plant. For light sleepers, it's worth noting that during our stay, the plant operated from 1am until 3-4pm daily (except Sunday), creating a non-stop, loud background noise. This aspect made it incredibly difficult for me to obtain a full night's rest (despite using my sleep-specific earplugs), but I understand that not everyone is as sensitive to noise while sleeping, so it may not be an issue for you. Madeline thoughtfully provides white noise machines to help mitigate this. Otherwise, this unit ranks among the top Airbnbs I've stayed at in my 30+ stays over the past 2 years.

We had an amazing time!!! the apartment was beautiful and so well done. Phil and Erin always respond when we had any questions even before we got there. Their directions where amazing ab spot on. The kiddos loved the pool, they where only upset they couldn't swim after 10p, but it was totally ok. We will totally be back!!

Dean made checking in and out a breeze and was very responsive to any inquiries.

Honestly, I was reluctant to book because we were staying with the host, but after speaking with Jessica upon arrival I felt right at home. She made sure we understood that if we needed anything to just ask. The place was nice and clean, we could tell it was new and built properly. Can’t say I’d book another place where you stay with the host but if it were Jessica’s place I wouldn’t hesitate.

Great place, very clean and modern, had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

Went for the UGA game! There weren’t many options but we were able to snag Cindy’s place. Wasn’t too far & I thought it looked better than the pictures. We were also able to have an early check in.

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!

Christine’s place was very comfortably furnished for a large family. The home was thoughtfully decorated and functional. Even though the kitchenette has no sink, it had many gadgets. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a great night.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. It’s a gorgeous basement pool house with outdoor table and chairs; and of course a lovely pool! Easy to find, private entrance with beautiful and high end appliances, furniture and lighting! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a full meal for 6! It’s complete with 2 kinds of ice in the freezer, Keurig, champagne/wine/martini glasses. Each bedroom has enormous walk in closets, comfortable beds and overhead fans. The bathroom has gorgeous tiling and great lighting. In the living room there is electric reclining couches, huge tv and beautiful fireplace. We enjoyed every minute here and will be coming back!

I loved my stay here! The place is beautiful and very clean and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi is wonderful and it is covered and no one can see you, that was amazing! I will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful and adorable place to stay! The art work is beautiful! Decorated so tastefully. 4 Senior Women stayed her for a golf tournament at Chateau Elan. Beds very comfortable. We didn’t us the hot tub or pool just because we didn’t have time. Christine is a fabulous host. Highly recommend.
