Casa Sandia is a gorgeous home, with a stunning view and fabulous pool. The host and property manager are very responsive so we felt well looked after and cared for. The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed, including a kettle and potato peeler. This is the Puerto Rico of my childhood, coqui at night, roosters roaming the streets and friendly, relaxed locals. Loved it.

This farm on the ocean is one of our favorite places to stay on all of Puerto Rico. A unique gem. This location is off the the road allowing for peace and quiet but is close enough to the busy town if you would like to partake. Tide pools and long walking trails a little way down the beach. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

My wife and I stayed at Williams place while on a little beach getaway vacation. We had an absolutely fantastic experience in every regard. The house was rustic but very clean & cozy. He provided all of the necessities and was very communicative about addressing any potential issues that may have come up. The pool table is a little beat up but we had a blast playing a few rounds at the end of a long day in the sun. The location is 10/10. We were a short walk to a beautiful locals beach and there are many restaurants/bars within a short distance as well. Really is a great central location to many fun activities. Will also provided a great guide to some of the best local food/experiences. We took surfing lessons with an instructor he recommended and absolutely had a great time. This place is not the fanciest but it's safe, clean & was one of the more affordable options we found. You'll be hard pressed to find a more attentive & kind host. We for sure recommend staying here!

We had a magical family vacation at Casa del Sol! The house was well equipped and exactly as pictured. The views were remarkable! The town of Patillas was friendly, kind and peaceful! We loved the local restaurants. Carla and Irene were both responsive when we had a question or needed a recommendation. We felt right at home! Traveling with three young kids (9, 7 with special needs and 5) can be so stressful but I can honestly say this trip was stress free AND enjoyable! One of the best family vacations we have ever had! Thank you to Carla and Irene!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien pour se sentir à l’aise. L’hôte est très réactif et disponible, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Awesome mini vacations. The view is simply spectacular, the location is excellent, and the apartment enjoys a perfect cross breeze that keeps it fresh and comfortable at all times. Everything was spotlessly clean fresh linens, towels, no humidity smells, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Luis truly thought of every detail to make the stay perfect. Since we visited during the low season, we practically had the pool to ourselves, which was a real treat! We also rented a golf cart for two days, which made getting around Palmas very easy and fun. Any question we had, Luis answered within ten minutes tops. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink, and it was resolved the same day within just a few hours. The service and attention to detail were truly A+. Don’t hesitate, choose this Ocean View villa you won’t regret it. We love it so much that we already booked our next stay in this villa. Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía. El lugar superó mis expectativas en todos los sentidos: el espacio era cómodo, bien decorado y muy funcional. Buena limpieza , algo que valoro muchísimo. La ubicación también fue perfecta, con todo lo necesario cerca y en una zona tranquila. Además, el trato fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron disponibles para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was impeccably clean, making it a comfortable and inviting space to return to after a day of exploring. Located in a perfect spot, I found it incredibly easy to access all the local attractions while enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The host was outstanding—very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the entire booking process seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking views! Waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning was truly a delight. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent location and a beautiful place. We appreciated it is a first floor and has a king size bed.

Greg's place is awesome. We had a great time as family. The grill was a plus. Beautiful view to the beach. I loved every morning drinkg my coffee looking at the ocean. Definitely will stay again soon.

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!
