We enjoyed stay at Israel's place. It is away from Avenida Chapultepec, but we feel it is better as there is less noise and etc. Still an easy walk away to many surrounding restaurants and attractions. Israel is very responsive and accommodating. Definitely a good home base for family and small group.

Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. Cuenta con lo básico que se podría necesitar y muy limpio. Además, la zona donde se ubica es muy tranquila. Gracias por las atenciones.

Wow! This location far exceeded my expectations. The entire unit is brand new and very chic. The furniture is comfortable. stylish and includes many great art pieces that give the space life you don't find in hotels. The gated neighborhood is peaceful, quite, and cute. There is a convenience store in the complex and the area outside is pleasantly walkable. Pepe is a wonderful host and a pleasure to talk too, make sure to spend some time getting to know him. Simply put, this is the best deal in town and should not be missed. I can't wait to return for another stay. Thanks Pepe!

es una instalación bien, es segura, el lugar cuánta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y lavar ropa, y está ubicado en la zona céntrica, tiene seguridad

Todo estuvo muy bien, el departamento es amplio y bonito como se ve en las fotos, las camas son cómodas y el aire acondicionado excelente para el calor. Si se escucha el ruido de la calle pero la zona es tranquila.

Excelente alojamiento , casa amplia. nos gusto mucho que tuviera 3 regaderas útiles para usar al mismo tiempo , buena ubicación cerca de farmacia y restaurares,el anfitrión muy amable y eficaz a la hora de contestar y ayudar.

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

La casa es muy amplia y bonita, y se encuentra muy bien ubicada. coincide con la descripción y además se portaron muy amables con nosotros.

un lugar agradable para descansar, con diferentes amenidades para adultos y niños. El lugar es idéntico al anuncio y la atención brindada por el anfitrión y por yuritzi ni se diga, siempre pendientes de las necesidades que se pudieran presentar. Cualquier desperfecto en casa lo reportas y a la brevedad acuden a solucionarlo, todos los trabajadores del condominio son super amables y sonrientes. recomendado al 100% si deseas un momento para relajarte, si lo que deseas es fiesta ruido y relajo si sugiero buscar otra opción ya que cuentan con varias reglas en el condominio que podrían no coincidir con estás necesidades. Pero en lo particular estoy muy satisfecha con nuestra estadía en la casa 17A, habitación con cama king y en la sala un sofá cama, casa limpia con todos los accesorios necesarios para que no cargues nada. Tiendas y restaurantes a menos de 5 min en 🚗 y con una vista increíble en la terraza.

We loved this modern and beautiful apartment in a very walkable and quiet area. Was only here for the weekend and we had everything we needed to get ready for a friends wedding. We loved all the amenities the building had and enjoyed the great service the front desk provided. Plus side, there was a huge mall nearby. The only downside was the AC not getting as cold as we wanted but wasn’t a big deal. Would return again!

Excelente lugar para alojar, definitivamente volveré en un par de semanas. La zona es bastante tranquila y la ubicación esta genial. Muy cercano a todas las plazas y restaurantes. El departamento tiene muy buena iluminación, las amenidades son amplias y sobre todo muy seguro.

El departamento es muy cómodo, ordenado y muy tranquilo, se encuentra en buen lugar, muy céntrico, cerca se encuentran mercados, parques y medios de transporte , de igual forma el centro de la ciudad no queda lejos. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento, el anfitrión muy amable y siempre al pendiente. Me volvería a quedar nuevamente.

Staying at the Airbnb, we had a very comfortable stay! The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach! Overall a 10/10 experience!! Would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Manuel's place. I don't think you could find a better location in Guadalajara! Super walkable area with tons of restaurants and coffee shops, but also not far from iconic landmarks in the city center, museums, etc. The apartment itself is super comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. I hope Manuel's place is available the next time I visit Guadalajara!
